3 Maya Bay – Checked off another runner on entering the home straight and faltered in its action. A post-race veterinary examination revealed an injury to the nearside hind leg, a stand down period of 21 days was imposed.

Race 2 – CHEAPA AUTO SPARES GRADE 6 380m |

2 Connecticut – When questioned regarding the improved performance, trainers representative Mr. P. Smith stated that the greyhound was suited to the inside draw and was able to jump and lead the field today, which was to its benefit.
