Developed by the South East region race clubs, the Coast To Country Points Series is a group of races with above standard prize money. The series does not culminate in a final, but there is an owners, trainers and jockeys bonus based on points accrued in the races listed in the conditions.

Developed by the Far North Racing Queensland region race clubs, the Magic Millions Far North Qld Up & Coming Stayers Points Series is a group of races specifically programmed to cater for racehorses rated less than Open class. The Series does not culminate in a final, but there is an Owners and Trainers bonus based on points accrued in the series' races.

The Battle of the Bush commences at the Quilpie Diggers Race Club on May 1 and will again feature 16 qualifiers (two per country region) across the state, with the final heats to be staged at Thangool RC on June 12 before culminating in the $200,000 Final on Tattersall’s Tiara Raceday at Eagle Farm on Saturday, June 20.

The popular Racing Queensland Outback Racing Showcase Series will comprise of seven heats, commencing May 1 at Barcaldine Race Club and culiminating in a final at McKinlay Race Club on June 19.
