RACE ONE

Bouncing away cleanly when the tapes flung here last week, AGENT BLACK (2) pushed on to take control and tried to run along at solid clip in front, only to be nailed in the stretch. Collared in the last strides when resuming by HEAD EM UP, this looks his chance to capitalise.

KODA DA MODA (9) broke free of the pack and chased hard to run GUS to 5m in the McNeil Final last start in a strong close out to grab 2nd. A tough 3rd in the second heat round when parked as HIDE AND SEEK capitalised, she can throw down the challenge.

TUMULT (8) scored a strong win two starts back when forcing the issue to get to the front from the 20m tape. Striking trouble last start, she can look to bounce back here.

BURKHARDT (6) found the trail on AGENT BLACK last start and tucked in behind, had too much stretch power to score a 3m margin. Building off that improvement, he has claims.

SELECTIONS: AGENT BLACK (2), KODA DA MODA (9), TUMULT (8), BURKHARDT (6)
SUGGESTED BET: AGENT BLACK (2) to win

RACE TWO

A maiden 2YO contest with six first starters will mean market moves can provide some lead. Off a smart trial BOSTON HARBOUR (9) for trainer Jonah Hutchinson looks to be right in this. The Downbytheseaside colt chased in nice fashion in a recent trial to suggest he is up to the task.

REDS ABLAZE (8) is a Captain Crunch filly for Grant Dixon that will be on debut and was not asked for much in a recent trial that also produced FATE AWAITS. From this gate she will be relying on some factors in her favour.

OUR SWEET JESS (6) can bring some race experience after placing in both career appearances to date. Runner-up to FATE AWAITS second up, she can feature once again.

GREAT ACHIEVER (1) is a Bettors Delight colt out of the G1 winning Good Lookin Girl making his first outing for the Dixon stable. His recent trials were sound and improvement through to debut would be no surprise.

SELECTIONS: BOSTON HARBOUR (9), REDS ABLAZE (8), OUR SWEET JESS (6), GREAT ACHIEVER (1)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE THREE

After three runs back from a spell, FENOMENAL (12) can look to overcome the handicap in the capacity field to put one on the board. Moving forward after a safe start last time and claiming a fighting 2nd behind TUMULT, his effort second up was strong, and traffic looks the only obstacle.

JUST CALL ME MOLLY (5) has great tape manners and from the 10m will be up near the pointy end of proceedings. Working to the front here last week, she was given the stare down by DHONI TROUBLE and was able to grip on for the bronze. Being forward in this contest is a huge plus.

THE REAPER (4) found the poles from the 10m last week and kept chasing to the wire when runner-up to DHONI TROUBLE. Settling near the speed puts him right in the mix.

AURORA (1) is a super beginner and can step cleanly to dictate her position. Losing touch with them when the speed went on at the 400 last start, she will be thereabouts again.

SELECTIONS: FENOMENAL (12), JUST CALL ME MOLLY (5), THE REAPER (4), AURORA (1)
SUGGESTED BET: FENOMENAL (12) to win

RACE FOUR

Another capacity field for the square gaiters from the tapes where DHONI TROUBLE (2) steps up in grade but moves from the 30m tape where he scored here last week back to the front. Sent forward to sit parked with 1200 to run, he was able to claim the win can chase a repeat in this.

KENNY KEKO (1) tackled the McNeil Series and after fading in the second heat, missed the Final. Her best result this term in five attempts was when resuming with a 3rd under mobile conditions behind NORTIE NORTIE and back to a front tape can be a big improver.

TOP OF THE MOMENT (7) made an error last start under the mobile conditions that saw him banished to the trials. Placing in both McNeil heats before an error in the final, he can chime in.

NORTIE NORTIE (12) was midfield last start in the marathon when the first to ease out of the single file into the running line. A return to this trip and company should help.

SELECTIONS: DHONI TROUBLE (2), KENNY KEKO (1), TOP OF THE MOMENT (7), NORTIE NORTIE (12)
SUGGESTED BET: DHONI TROUBLE (2) to win

RACE FIVE

Making his first race appearance for his 3YO term, ATTACHMENT (8) was last seen after a tough trip in the Triad Final when sent forward from gate 7 and forced to work in the run. A strong winner in a Triad heat, he has prepped for the return with a strong trial and just needs space.

BADLANDER (3) made an error when resuming from a spell from outside the second line. Closing out smartly second up over the 2138 when 6m from TAKE A CHANCE, a return to the mile in this line up from the good alley can see him throw down the challenge.

ROSARITO (1) angled to the poles last time from the second line and hit the line smartly to run the winner BLUE BLOODZ to a pimple. The gate gives him the options to feature.

ARCHILLES (6) rolled forward from this gate at the middle trip last start and was only 5m from the winner. The wide gate makes it another tough ask.

SELECTIONS: ATTACHMENT (8), BADLANDER (3), ROSARITO (1), ARCHILLES (6)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-3-6-8

RACE SIX

Resuming from a spell here last start, SKYRO DREAMZ (5) was sent forward from gate 5 to sit parked outside the short price fav. With the race developing into an 800m throw down, he was game in holding 2nd in some sharp panels. He finds the right opposition to capitalise.

BIG ROCK SINGER (6) fired out from gate 4 to find the front last start and had controlled the opening two panels. Swinging towards the home bend, he looked to have it in hand, but threw it away with an error. With improvement and added experience, he can seek redemption.

JOE CAVALIER (9) was faced with gate 5 last start and from the 1x1 trail could not make an impression when the power went on through the closing 800. He can trial through here.

MULLUM HANK (8) was making his race debut last time out when eased to find the poles and struck trouble in the run. He will need an ounce of luck at some point from this alley.

SELECTIONS: SKYRO DREAMZ (5), BIG ROCK SINGER (6), JOE CAVALIER (9), MULLUM HANK (8)
SUGGESTED BET: SKYRO DREAMZ (5) to win

RACE SEVEN

Returning from a spell here last week and faced with the second line, SWEET GEORGIA BROWN (2) secures a vast improvement with a move to the front line. Making a nice impression when under 6m from the in-form INFINITY BEACH, she can show her arm hustle to control this.

BONNIES CAM (4) tackled the sprint trip at Redcliffe last start when faced with the outside second line. Hitting the line in good fashion to be 2m from the winner ESCOBAR, the start prior, he was strong to the line when 3rd to KICKATINALONGPONY. He can look to challenge.

BETTOR ROMANCE (9) scored in Saturday night mares company last start when charging home in the closing stages to grab a margin. Kept fresh since that win, she can be attacking late.

SO SIRIUS (7) is afforded no favours from the wide gate as he returns from a freshen. Eased from gate 6 before hitting the line last start, he can look to chime in here.

SELECTIONS: SWEET GEORGIA BROWN (2), BONNIES CAM (4), BETTOR ROMANCE (9), SO SIRIUS (7)
SUGGESTED BET: SWEET GEORGIA BROWN (2) to win

RACE EIGHT

Down for a racetrack return 10 days ago, SOAP OPERA (4) had a slight issue that saw her held back until this contest to resume. Hitting the board in all seven appearances in her first season of racing which included a pair of victories, her trials suggest she can return in style.

TORQUE TO THE MUSIC (1) found suitable conditions two starts back and despite working hard in the run was able to claim a head margin with over 18m back to 3rd. Sent forward from gate 7 last start to sit parked, apply the heat and hold 2nd, his early speed might be questioned here.

SYNCHRONIZER (3) was first up from a spell last start when showing some early hustle but easing to find a peg line position. With added fitness, she can feature from this alley.

ROBYN X (8) broke maiden ranks here last week in impressive fashion when leading throughout and posting an 18m margin. If spotting track in time, she is right in the mix.

SELECTIONS: SOAP OPERA (4), TORQUE TO THE MUSIC (1), SYNCHRONIZER (3), ROBYN X (8)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-3-4-8

RACE NINE

By virtue of the option presented from the inside alley, STORMTIDE (1) can look to capitalise back in this grade. Dictating from gate 4 here two starts back in this company at the mile, he stepped up to Saturday night B5 grade last time when 3rd to THE TAX CULLECTOR.

COMMODORE JUJON (3) was a winner here three starts back in this company when finding the front and taking them all the way at the middle trip. Tackling the tapes at his past two, the latest when chasing TURN IT UP, a return to veteran’s can see him issue a challenge.

OUR MAJOR DAY (6) has the wide gate to overcome after just missing the money last start when chasing home behind BOMBADIER JUJON after sitting parked. He can be thereabouts.

ROCKTAGONAL (2) has not been too far away in his past four starts following a victory here five runs back. Hitting the line in smart fashion last start, he has claims in this grade.

SELECTIONS: STORMTIDE (1), COMMODORE JUJON (3), OUR MAJOR DAY (6), ROCKTAGONAL (2)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE TEN

Building towards a victory after three placings in his previous four starts to resume for the 3yO term, DELE ROW (3) cashed in last start when powering up and blasting the opposition in the closing stages with a 17m margin. With his best gate this campaign, he will take stopping.

TAKE A CHANCE (1) made the most of conditions last start when firing across to find the front and once in control was able to fend off the challengers with a 3m margin. Closing out for the silver two starts back behind ZENA RHAYNE BOW, taking cover here can see him challenge.

INFINITY BEACH (4) is in great touch, hitting the board at her past four in succession which includes a pair of victories. Claiming a narrow win last start, she can look to join in again.

BRONSKI ZULU (9) was beaten in red figures here two starts back when setting the tempo and being collared in the latter stages. With the right trail, he has podium claims here.

SELECTIONS: DELE ROW (3), TAKE A CHANCE (1), INFINITY BEACH (4), BRONSKI ZULU (9)
SUGGESTED BET: DELE ROW (3) to win
