RACE TWO

Tough to draw some comparison here with the likely fence players both stepping out on The Triangle for the 1^st time with the main dangers both boasting strong records on the track. If able to hold the pocket trail MILLWOOD TILLY (7) will take plenty of stopping following her strong return from a spell. Arriving over the top last start at the AP 2138m, it had followed a close 2^nd when 1^st up behind the smart KIWIS ARE FLYING. Just needs the lane with momentum.

FEEL LIKE DANCIN (1) started from the 2^nd line last start over the AP mile and did not receive the smoothest run in transit when down the line behind JIVE. Grabbed in the closing stages 3 starts back when holding 3^rd behind HAVING THE FAITH and only 2m away, she can look to fight them off.

FAVOURITEHIGHLIGHT (4) has landed 7 wins in her 14 starts here at the Peninsula and comes into this in form with 3 wins in her past 4 starts. Arriving over the top of them last start, she has the versatility to feature.

COBBLER LANE (2) has hit the board in 12 of his 16 here and arrives in this line-up a last start winner over this trip. Too strong in front to fight them off, he can settle handy to be in the mix once again.

RACE THREE

IMA TOP TYCOON (8) started from this gate last time out when finding the 1x1 trail over the 2040m. Making his challenge, he was 4m in arrears of the winner THREE MUGS IN to claim the silver. Only 7m away the start prior from gate 7 over the AP mile, he can get the trip to arrive over the top.

INTRANSIT (9) has faced gate 6 at each of his past 2 starts, the latest when doing plenty of work over the 2040m trip when panted three deep from the 1200m. It was a tidy effort under the circumstances and with the right cart into the contest here can look to throw down the challenge.

SPRINGFIELD SPIRIT (4) was snagged back in the early stages last start and took a long time to get as far back as he did. Then making a wide run to try to work into the contest, it just was not his night. With even luck, he can be sharper here.

WATTLEBANK FLYER (7) started from this gate last time and was soon buried away prior to making a closing attack to be 5m in arrears of the winner. Placed his past 2, he will be probing the gaps again.

RACE FOUR

ROCKET NOVA (7) stepped cleanly before bubbling soon after, breaking and losing a stack of ground, so much that he was out of the video. Catching the pack and making a wide move around the home bend, it was a smart effort. Only a half-neck away the start prior, if he trots cleanly, they will be hard pressed holding him out.

MALABAR SPUR (2) started from the 10m tape last time out and soon found herself buried away in the run and searching for the openings. Making some nice closing metres, it had followed a similar effort over the AP 2138m trip. Back to the front tape she can look to challenge for her maiden Qld victory.

DAY TOURER (3) is brilliant from the tapes and off the front line can look to get to the front once they fly. Grabbed late to hold 3^rd 2 starts back when in front, he has been freshened and has the early options.

DOWN UNDER RORS (5) will appreciate the front tape after starting from the 20m strand here last week. Doing it tough in the run, he meets some of those same combatants on better terms and can capitalise.

RACE FIVE

ALLSTAR SEA (7) was sent forward looking for a prominent position last start over the sprint trip, eventually securing the 1x1 trail. Making a closing play he held the silver behind the in-form FAVOURITEHIGHLIGHT. Only 5m away the start prior, he will be sweating on holding the pocket trail and from there he will be dangerous.

OUR RIDGY DIDGE (1) pressed on to take control in the Marburg to Albion Final 2 starts back and once in control cruised home to claim a smart 19m winning margin. Forget his last start when making an error, from the ace gate he will be looking to dictate terms in this.

TORQUE ONETWOTHREE (3) steps out at Redcliffe for the first time, coming into this as a last start runner-up when 3m from the winner ROCKS OR DIAMONDS. Limiting the burn will be key to her chances.

DEVOUGED (9) was looking to deliver a hat-trick of victories when gate 11 over the 2138m was his undoing. Still a tidy effort after finding the poles and only 8m from the winner MILLWOOD TILLY, he has hit the board in 50% of his outings here at Redcliffe and has claims.

RACE SIX

HURRICANE ROY (2) rolled forward from gate 5 to secure position last start in a Band 5 event and when asked for the effort loomed up strongly to get past them and claim a 2m victory. That was a deserved win after some nice runs from bad gates and with his best alley in 12 Qld starts, looks tough to crack in this.

JONAH JONES (5) found the line in nice order last time out when mid-field behind OUR UNCLE SAM after being locked away in the run. From gate 10 the start prior over the AP mile, his closing fractions were sharp in grabbing the bronze behind THE BUS and despite the gate he can throw it down here.

UNASSUMING CHAMP (1) has been in the  money at 4 of his past 5 starts, finishing runner-up at his past 2 in succession. Only a half-head from HOLY CAMP CLIVE last start, the gate is a big plus in this.

MONTANA CHIEF (7) eased from gate 4 last time to find position before making a spirited closing bid to be within 2m of the winner in some nice closing panels. Grinding it out the start prior, he will be swooping in this.

RACE SEVEN

HIGH ON MONTANA (9) backs up from Tuesday where gate 6 was his undoing. Easing to find position when he tried to make a wide and searching run to get into the contest, the leader was able to move clear. Using the passing lane to dive through late here 2 starts back, this looks within reach.

UNCLE RYAN (5) faces a significant class drop to get into this contest, taking on much stronger opponents in recent outings. Only 8m in arrears of OUR BALOU 2 starts back, circumstances ended his chances last time. With even luck he can look to overturn a 30-month winless drought.

DOOLITTLE DANDY (2) tackled the AP mile last start when only 3m from the winner SONNY ORLANDO. Beaten by a wide gate at Marburg 2 back, he can be at the pointy end here to feature.

WHERES TASCOTT (7) secured the perfect 1x1 trail last start and was close enough to loom up, put them away and cruise home to an 11m victory. Locked away here, she will be probing for openings.

RACE EIGHT

WATYOUSEEIWATUGET (5) was angled off the inside to avoid a pocket last start after starting from inside the 2^nd line before hitting the line strongly over the closing stages to only go under by a head margin. With good early speed, she can have an early look against these and looms as the threat.

LAZY BLAZE (2) looked to take them all the way last time out over the 2040m trip but the white flag was in the air a fair way from home. The start prior from the pocket trail he was 6m in arrears of the winner SONNY ORLANDO and returning to the sprint trip is in his favour to see him challenge here.

KOOKABURRA PRINCESS (3) settled in the running line last time out when she could not go on with it late. Buried from gate 11 the start prior, she can settle closer to feature in this line-up.

SHESFEELINPRECIOUS (8) started inside the 2^nd line last start when soon locked away in the run and needing luck. The start prior she was 8m from the winner and with the right trail has some claims.
