BELLE I AM – Bumped at the start.

Race 2: Coleman’s Stockfeeds Maiden Plate 1000 metres:
1st – CONCERT IMAGE 2nd – MOLONGLE HERO 3rd – MORE GEORGE 4th – DAYS OF OUR LIVES
WHO’S RIGHT was a late scratching at 2.20pm after it dislodged and galloped riderless for a considerable distance and when correct weight was declared it was ordered that all bets placed on WHO’S RIGHT be refunded in full and all other successful bets made on the race prior to 2.20pm be subject to the following deductions of 19c win and 16c place on the face value of the betting ticket.
DAYS OF OUR LIVES – Proved difficult to load. Trainer Mr J.Manzelmann was advised a warning would be placed on the geldings barrier manners.
WIDGEE LAD – Stood flatfooted as a start was effected and lost considerable ground. Trainer Mr R Finch was advised that a warning would be placed on the geldings barrier manners.

Race 4: Enterprise Hotel Bundy Rum Benchmark 55 Handicap 1400 metres:

SILVER BOWS – Slow to begin then crowded shortly after.

Race 5: Charters Towers Amateur Cup Benchamrk 70 Handicap 1600 metres:
1st – CRACOW 2nd – SMOOTH GENERAL 3rd – SERENE PEARL 4th – SHIKRA
VEE FORCE – When questioned regarding the disappointing performance Jockey P Cullen explained that while the gelding travelled comfortably throughout the event, his mount failed to respond to his riding over the concluding stages and was disappointing.
