MAHONGA – Was inclined to hang out for the majority of the event. Trainer Mr P Miller advised that he will consider alternative gear options prior the gelding’s next race start

1st – TAP IN BIRDIE 2nd – GESTICULATION 3rd – DIURNAL TIGER 4th – MONTH OF SUNDAYS

MORE DUST was scratched when no rider was available.

AMAZING MOSS - Broke through the barriers dislodging jockey T Hill and galloping a full circuit of the track. Stewards ordered the withdrawal of the gelding at 4.25pm. Prior to the declaration of correct weight Stewards ordered that all bets placed on AMAZING MOSS were to be refunded in full and betting deductions of 13 cents in the win and 12 cents in the place on the face value of winning tickets be applied. Trainer Ms T Parry was advised that AMAZING MOSS must obtain a further barrier certificate.

MOJAVE ROYALE – Was reluctant to load. Raced wide rounding the home turn.

GO ROCKET – Jumped inwards at the start bumping with another runner. Raced wide rounding the home turn.
