Race 1: CUNNAMULLA NEWS AGENCY "RATS OF TOBRUK" MAIDEN PLATE – 1000m
No racing incidents
Race 2: COUNTRY CRISPS "KOKODA TRACK" BENCHMARK 60 HANDICAP – 1000m
EXTRATUM - Began awkwardly. When questioned regarding the disappointing performance, Apprentice D Graham advised that after beginning awkwardly the mare failed to muster early speed and in her opinion would be much better suited in races over a greater distance then that of today’s event.
FAST FOCUS – Hung out in the early stages.
 Race 3:  LAND TRANSPORT "GALLIPOLI" OPEN HANDICAP – 1000m
LOUPY BEND – Trainer R. Connelly was reprimanded by stewards for failing to produce documents of description. When assessing penalty Stewards took into consideration Mr Connelly’s prior good record in relation to this rule. 
I’M A SOLDIER – Raced wide in the early and middle stages.
Race 4:  SIMPSON LIVESTOCK HAULAGE "LONE PINE" QTIS BENCHMARK 50 HANDICAP – 1200m \
WARRIOR OF PEACE – Began awkwardly making contact with the barrier petition. Raced wide throughout.
SPLURTING COLOURS – Declared a late scratching at 2:00pm due to no rider being available.
Race 5: HICKEY HAULAGE "BATTLE OF FROMELLE" CLASS B HANDICAP – 1400m
No racing incidents.
