App S. Alam, the rider of SIALIA MAGIC, pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding under A.R. 137(a) in that near the 1250m he allowed his mount to shift in when insufficiently clear of DAYUAN, resulting in DAYUAN having to be checked and losing its rightful running.
