BRILLIANT MISTAKE – Rider K Gates was found guilty of a charge of careless riding under AR137(a) in that near the 850 metres she permitted her mount to shift in when not sufficiently clear of  IT’S NOT AN ISSUE resulting in that runner having to be checked and losing ground. The riding license of K Gates was suspended for a period of 11 days to commence midnight 22nd  September up to and including midnight 3rd October 2018.
