Race 1: BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES Class B H’Cap 1170 metres
 
VINCIT – Raced wide throughout
 
FLOWER – Near the 1000m was checked and lost ground. Rider H Poland (VALAR DOHAERIS) was found guilty of a charge of careless riding under AR131(a) in that approaching the 1000m she allowed her mount VALAR DOHAERIS  to shift in whilst under riding, when insufficiently clear of MIA SINGA taking that runner in onto FLOWER  which was checked and lost ground . Rider H Poland had her licence to ride in races suspended for a period of eight (8) days to commence at midnight on 1 November 2020 and to expire at midnight on 9 November 2020.
 
SUPALUX – Resented the kickback when trailing the field and was shifted wider.
 
CLAIRVUE SPIRIT – Began slowly. Raced wide throughout and hung out rounding the home turn.
 
MIA SINGA – Raced wide throughout.
 
HARALDIGO – Weakened noticeably from the 500m. A post race veterinary examination of the gelding identified the presence of blood in one nostril. Connections were advised that HARALDIGO shall before racing again be required to undergo a satisfactory gallop of at least 1,000 metres in the presence of a Steward AR79(8).
 
Race 2: TATTERSALL’S RACING CLUB QTIS Maiden Plate 1170 metres
 
CHILD SUPPORT – Raced wide throughout
 
SEARCH AND DESTROY – Began awkwardly and raced wide throughout.
 
TWOKATS – Began slowly. Resented the kickback when trailing the field.
 
ALL IN SYNC – Reared on jumping and lost ground. Laid in under pressure in the home straight.
 
TOY WHITTY – Rider H Phillips reported that gelding did not appreciate the heavy conditions of the track.
 
Race 3: JIM CONNOLLY MEMORIAL COUNTRY STAMPEDE QUALIFIER OPEN H’Cap 1030 metres
 
Due to inclement weather the start of this raced was rescheduled to start at 2:50pm.
 
TAPA – Raced wide in the early and middle stages
 
THE MECHANIC – Bounded as the start was effected and lost ground.
 
VICTORY TOAST – Raced wide throughout
 
SEE FOR YOURSELF – Raced wide throughout
 
PRINCE MANITOU – Began awkwardly and threw it head in the air. Raced wide throughout.
 
WINDQUEST – Raced wide throughout
 
Race 4: BMW ACCOUNTANTS RATINGS BAND 0-55 H’Cap 1470 metres
 
Due to inclement weather the start of this raced was rescheduled  to start at 3:20pm.
 
CRAIGLEA ARION – A post race veterinary examination of the gelding identified a small abrasion to its off hind coronet band.
 
SIP SIP SIP – Proved difficult to load. Began awkwardly and lost ground. Near the 1200m was steadied when racing in restricted room to the inside of LADY MAGIC which shifted in momentarily.
 
MY CERTAIN – Raced wide throughout.
 
DEMESNE – Was fractious in the barriers. Began slowly. Raced wide throughout.
 
Race 5: COUNTRY CUPS CHALLENGE QUALIFIER/BROWN MACAULEY & WARREN GYMPIE  CUP OPEN QUALITY H’Cap 1600 metres
 
The start was rescheduled to jump at 4:00pm however was delayed due to storm activity in close proximity to the track. When a break in the weather and conditions improved slightly, Stewards undertook an inspection of the track and in  consultation with all riders deeming the track safe for racing.
 
GUD ONYA – Began awkwardly. Raced wide throughout.
 
MAHARATTA – Raced wide throughout.
 
CRAIGLEA CETINA – Tightened between running shortly after the start and lost ground. Near the 1300m was steadied when racing in restricted room between CLOUDS and GUD ONYA which shifted in marginally. Laid in under pressure in the home straight.
 
PEXBURY AVENUE – Tightened between running shortly after the start and lost ground. Raced wide throughout.
