Race 1 – THANK YOU BACKPACKER INDUSTRY CLASS B HANDICAP 900m
Trainer Ms. N Homann was reprimanded for failing to bring Kalelarga into the designated area on the racecourse before the time appointed for the start of the race. LR30(3).
Trainer Ms. R Schluenz was reprimanded for failing to bring Arnhem Beauty into the designated area on the racecourse before the time appointed for the start of the race. LR30(3).
 Shakuni – Slowly away.
Snooze Ya Lose – Slowly away.
The Frontier – Unable to muster pace in the early stages.
City Secrets – Began awkwardly. Raced ungenerously in the middle stages. Raced wide for the majority.
Taking Charge – Hung out badly from the 500m to the winning post placing Jockey B Thomson at a severe disadvantage. Trainer Mr. A Malliff was advised a warning would be placed on the gelding’s racing manners.
Race 2 – INNISFAIL STOCKFEED SADDLERY MAIDEN PLATE 1200m
Riverside Kitten – Shifted out abruptly on jumping hampering runners to its outside.
Dance Around – Was forced outwards by another runner on jumping. Hung out badly rounding the home turn. Trainer Ms. J Hassett was advised a warning would be placed on the filly’s racing manners.
Wakool – Soon after jumping was checked off the heels of another runner which had been forced outwards at the start.
Cimmeron Spirit – Over-raced in the middle stages.
Badboy Charlie – Hung in in the early and middle stages. Raced wide for the majority.
Race 3 – TELESAT SERVICES BENCHMARK 55 HANDICAP 1200m
After being advised by Trainer Ms. J Hassett that, in her opinion, Roscommon would not be suited by today’s firm track conditions Stewards acceded to a request from Ms. Hassett and allowed the  withdrawal of the gelding at 1.55pm. Bookmakers and on-course patrons were notified of the late scratching by way of public address. LR69.
Johnny Fix It – Shifted out on jumping inconveniencing a runner to its outside.
Hand Of Faith – Was inconvenienced on jumping by another runner which shifted out.
Rose Clip – Made the 800m crossing awkwardly causing the saddle to shift back placing App. E Cass at a disadvantage for the remainder of the event. App. Cass was reprimanded for excessive whip use prior to the 100m. AR132(7)(a)(ii).
Will He Torque – Raced wide for the majority.
Race 4 – LES MCPHERSON OPEN HANDICAP 1200m
Beraht – Shifted out on jumping tightening a runner to its outside. Shifted ground under pressure down the running.
Rock Spur – Slowly into stride after shifting in on jumping and tightening a runner to its inside.
Lattimer – Lost ground after being tightened between runners on jumping. Near the 800m had to be restrained from the heels of another runner which was racing ungenerously.
Hidden In Heaven – Raced ungenerously in the middle stages.
Race 5 – GRAHAM ACADEMY OF DANCE BENCHMARK 60 HANDICAP 1500m
Contemplate – Raced wide in the early and middle stages.
Drops Of Jupiter – Made the 800m crossing awkwardly.
Occhilupo – Shifted ground under pressure down the running inconveniencing another runner approaching the 200m.
Carlino’s Way – Approaching the 200m was inconvenienced by another runner which was shifting ground under pressure.
