Race 1: ARAMAC MOTORS QTIS CLASS 3 HANDICAP - 1000 metres
 
 
SACRED STREAM – Jumped away awkwardly.
 
EMPIRE PRINCESS – Slow to begin and travelled wide for much of the race.
 
MORICONI – Travelled wide for much of the race.
 
CYCLONE DIVA – Slow to begin.
 
MISS SIZZ – Resented the kickback in the early stages and was maneuvered wider to avoid.
 
 
Race 2: BARCALDINE REGIONAL COUNCIL MAIDEN PLATE - 1000 metres 
 
 
TAORMINA MATCH – Slow to begin, then raced keenly in the early stages.
 
UZERLI – Jumped away outwardly, travelled wide in the early & middle stages and then lay in at the 100m when placed under pressure.
 
HYPE WIRE – Jumped away awkwardly then travelled wide for much of the race.
 
 
Race 3: JEFF DOLGNER MEMORIAL CLASS 6 PLATE - 1200 metres  
 
 
T BRUMMELL looked at the patrol footage prior to correct weight to ascertain if he would lodge a protest for interference over the concluding stages. After reviewing the footage, he was satisfied, and correct weight was given.
 
KALMAR & SHOTGUN SONNY – Bumped on jumping.
 
MUSIC AWARD -- Travelled wide with cover in the early stages. Lay in @ 100m momentarily. Hampered over the concluding when an inside runner lay out.
 
THE SNOOPERSTAR – Slow to begin, rolled out rounding the home turn and lay out over the concluding stages when tiring hampering MUSIC AWARD.
 
SHOTGUN SONNY – Slow into stride and travelled wide for much of the race.
 
MORI’S PRESS – B. Richardson was fined $300 under AR132(7)(a)(ii) for using the whip 8 times prior to the 100m, 3 more than permitted.
 
 
Race 4: T & T WATER TRUCK HIRE CLASS B HANDICAP - 1200 metres  
 
ANOTHER TOSSER – Travelled wide for much of the race.
 
ROYAL CONFESSION – Rounding the home turn nearing the 380m shifted out inconveniencing RED ZORRO momentarily. Jockey R. McMahon was asked to exercise more caution in similar circumstances. R. McMahon was fined $300 under AR132(7)(a)(ii) for using the whip 8 times prior to the 100m, 3 more than permitted.
 
RED ZORRO – Momentarily inconvenienced when an inside runner shifted ground near the 380m.
 
LOVE OVER GOLD & REBEL WOWZER – Bumped on jumping. LOVE OVER GOLD lay in rounding the first turn.
 
NITT WHITT – D. Rewald was permitted 2kg overweight as he was the only rider available.
 
 
Race 5: JOHN DOLGNER MEMORIAL OPEN HANDICAP - 1400 metres 
 
 
There was a slight delay to correct weight as Brooke Richardson the rider of NICK THE SKIP looked at the footage to ascertain finishing position.
 
As the photo finish equipment failed results were based off judges placing and patrol footage on the line.
 
LIVE AND FREE – Slow to begin and slow into stride.
 
BURDEN – Travelled wide for much of the race with cover.
 
CHAMBERLAIN – Travelled wide for much of the race.
 
LIVE AND FREE -- Slow to begin.
 
I WANNA BE A JEEP – Over raced in the early stages and travelled wide with cover. Upon returning to the mounting yard, it was noted the gelding had sustained an injury to the near side front tendon. Trainer H. Forster was advised a veterinary clearance would be required prior to the gelding racing again.
 
NO INUENDO – Lay over on the barrier partition and bounded out of the gates causing the gelding to be slow away.
 
AMADEO – Travelled wide for much of the race.
 
 
Race 6: MICHAEL HORMAN TRANSPORT CLASS B HANDICAP - 1400 metres 
 
 
 
OSHIUN – A late scratching at 11:58am. Trainer Brendan Richardson was advised a veterinary clearance would be required prior to racing again.
 
BITTERSWEET PLUCK – Awkward and slow into stride.
 
OUR YOUNG MAN – Failed to muster early speed and was manoeuvred wider to avoid the kickback.
