Race 1: Pims Group QTIS Maiden Plate 1000 metres:
1st – MAGICAL PRINT 2nd – IN RECOVERY 3rd – ROCKET LINER 4th – RED RADA

RED RADA – Began awkwardly then raced greenly throughout.

Passing the 800m IN RECOVERY (App K Aho) shifted in and carried ROCKET LINER in onto AMBER’S GIRL which was tightened. App K Aho was asked to exercise more care in the future

Race 2: Moranbah Race Club Open Handicap 1000 metres:
1st – BON TEMPS 2nd – BUCASIA BEACH 3rd – ADDICTION TO ROCK 4th – PERFECT RAINBOW

STRUTTER – Stewards interviewed trainer Mr W Pomfrett in relation to the late withdrawal of the mare. Mr Pomfrett explained that it had been his intention to start STRUTTER however when he was unable to obtain a suitable senior rider he elected to withdraw the mare as the mare is very fractious in the barriers and requires an experienced senior rider. His explanation was accepted.

BON TEMPS – Was crowded at the start.

PERFECT RAINBOW – Raced wide for the majority of the event.

Race 3: Moranbah Race Club Class B Handicap 1000 metres:
1st – EXPEL 2nd – LUCKY BOBBY 3rd – KAYAN 4th – RED RADA

RED RADA – Which competed in race 1 was examined by the club’s veterinary officer and was passed fit to start.

KAYAN - Raced wide rounding for the majority of the race.

PASCALINO – When questioned regarding the poor performance Jockey T Bannon explained that the gelding was quite agitated behind the barriers and never travelled at any stage of the race. She said that in her opinion the gelding may have got its tongue over the bit.

Race 4: Moranbah Race Club Class 3 Plate 1170 metres:
1st – DEE DOUBLEYOU 2nd – MANDALONG PASS 3rd – ROCKET BILLY REBEL 4th – RICHIE ROCKET

SHIKRA – Was slowly away.

RICHIE ROCKET - Raced wide most of the way.

COOL TRICK Raced wide most of the way.

Race 5: Moranbah Community Workers Club Class 2 Handicap 1400 metres:
1st – JOKERMAN 2nd – AUTHENTIC SWING 3rd – RED BOHEMIA 4th – SHUFFLES

AUTHENTIC SWING – Was inconvenienced passing the 1200m.

RED BOHEMIA – Was inconvenienced passing the 1200m.

LANNERET – Raced wide throughout.

SUPREME ROCKET – Raced wide throughout.

AZZURAYER – Raced wide rounding the home turn.
