Race 1: Benchmark 65 Handicap 1450 Metres:
1st - MENELAION 2nd - GENERAL SON 3rd - HOODOO GURU 4th - GUN AND POWER

GENERAL SON – When no other rider was available Stewards permitted T Chambers to ride the gelding 3kg over its declared weight. Raced wide rounding the 1200 metre turn.

SHOW US A SMILE – When no other rider was available Stewards permitted A Spradau to ride the gelding 4.5kg over its declared weight.

HOODOO GURU - Raced wide near the 600 metres and at the home turn.

JETEYE WARRIOR - Raced wide near the 600 metres and at the home turn.

Race 2: Class B Handicap 1000 Metres:
1st - FAVOURED ONE 2nd - GEARSTICK 3rd – CHATEAU DÓR 4th – AMAZING MOSS

Stewards delayed the declaration of Correct Weight to enable App. T Tincknell to view the patrol footage of the race. After viewing available footage App. Tincknell indicated to Stewards that she did not wish to proceed with an objection and Correct Weight was declared on the semaphored numbers.

FAVOURED ONE – When no other rider was available Stewards permitted D Ballard to ride the gelding 3kg over its declared weight. Taken inwards by another runner on jumping.

STARLET - When no other rider was available Stewards permitted T Chambers to ride the mare 2kg over its declared weight. Jumped inwards crowding runners to its inside. Raced wide for the remainder of the event.

CHATEAU D’ OR – Inconvenienced on jumping away and raced in restricted room in the back straight. Raced wide for the remainder of the event.

DOWN’S RIDGE - Was slowly away.

SETH – Raced wide most of the way.

WHAT THE HECK – Raced wide rounding the home turn.

Race 3: MAIDEN PLATE 1100 Metres:
1st - PAYOLA 2nd - GIRLSGOGIDDYUP 3rd – SHREWD CUSTOMER 4th – AMP IT UP AUSSIE

SHREWD CUSTOMER - When no other rider was available Stewards permitted A Spradau to ride the gelding 2kg over its declared weight.

PAYOLA - When no other rider was available Stewards permitted T Chambers to ride the mare 2kg over its declared weight. Raced wide most of the way.

ROCKET ELEMENT – Reared in barriers dislodging the rider who was uninjured. Filly underwent veterinary examination and was passed fit to take its place in the field. Missed start by three lengths and then raced wide throughout.

OLLIE OOBA – Raced wide rounding the home turn.

Race 4: OPEN HANDICAP 1100 Metres:
1st – BIANCO ROSSA 2nd – STEINBERG 3rd – WHISPERING DEATH 4th – IRON METEORITE

BAR QUEEN JOJO - When no other rider was available Stewards permitted A Spradau to ride the mare 5kg over its declared weight. Inconvenienced on jumping when crowded between runners. Raced wide rounding the home turn.

STEINBERG - Jumped inwards crowding another runner.

PISMO BEACH – Jumped outwards crowding another runner.

BIANCO ROSSA – Raced wide rounding the home turn.

IRON METEORITE - When questioned by Stewards in relation to the performance of the gelding, which raced below market expectations, Jockey S Galvin stated that after jumping on terms the gelding was unable to muster early pace and got further back in the field than anticipated. Jockey Galvin also reported that the gelding had hung out in running due to resenting the sand kickback and had raced wide at the home turn.

Race 5: BENCHMARK HANDICAP 1200 Metres:
1st - KAYAN 2nd - COMMANDING SPUR 3rd - GESTICULATION 4th – SIMON BON ROCKET

MIMI’S ROCKET - Was slowly into stride.

SIMON BON ROCKET – Was slowly into stride.

LITTLE VICTORIES – Raced wide throughout.

KAYAN – Raced wide for the majority of the event.

COMMANDING SPUR – Raced wide rounding the home turn.

ARTIES SON - Raced wide rounding the home turn.
