Race 1: MILLER AND HICK FAMILIES QTIS Maiden Plate (1000m)
SINGLE MALT –  Stewards permitted Jockey D Ballard to ride the gelding 1.5 kg overweight as no other rider was available .
AGOSTINI – Proved difficult to load. Raced wide majority. Trainer Ms T Parry was advised that a warning would be placed on the mare’s barrier manners.
TABOO – Raced wide majority.
BOSSUKA – Raced wide middle stages and rounding home turn.
 
Race 2: CAMOOWEAL ROADHOUSE BENCHMARK 45 Handicap (1000m)
HI ZERO – Slow into stride.
EM CEE GEE – Began awkwardly. Slow into stride. Raced wide majority.
ARCING HARD – Raced wide majority.
LIZ’ DELIGHT – Raced wide majority.
 
Race 3: NORTHERN RURAL GROUP  CAMOOWEAL  CUP BENCHMARK 60 Handicap (1450m)
FINGERTIPS – Was a late scratching at 1pm by order of stewards acting on Veterinary advice following Trainer J Bawden reporting that the gelding was injured while leaving his stabling. Trainer J Bawden was advised that a Veterinary certificate of fitness is required prior to next start.
KEEP ON LOVING YOU – Raced wide majority.
LOUIE THE LEGEND – Raced wide majority.
 
Race 4: SULLY’S OUTBACK CARPENTRY / QNT CONTRACTING & PASTORAL SERVICES Class B Handicap (1200m)
MOPAR – Shifted out soon after jumping inconveniencing another runner.
DREAM HALO –  Slow into stride. Inconvenienced soon after the start by another runner  which shifted out.
WORDS UNSPOKEN – Post-race veterinary examination revealed the mare to be lame in the off front leg. Trainer J .Bawden was advised that a veterinary certificate of fitness is required prior to next start.
SPOTTED WONDER – Stewards permitted Jockey D Ballard to ride the gelding 1kg overweight as no other rider was available. Began awkwardly and raced wide majority.
MISS BOUCHARD – Raced wide majority.
 
Race 5 : POST OFFICE HOTEL CAMOOWEAL BENCHMARK 65 Handicap  (1200m)
GUMNUTS – Slow to begin. Jockey J Felix reported that the gelding resented the kickback in running.
MAGNATE – Raced wide rounding home turn.
DUKES COUNTY – Raced wide majority.
