RAINING DOLLARS, MISHANI PAGAN and SET TO POUNCE which were backing up after racing the previous day were examined by the Veterinarian and passed fit to start.

Race 1: NCC Brahmans/Elanco/Ollsons/Zoetis ‘The Copperfield’ QTIS Maiden Handicap 1200 metres:
1st – ASSERTIVE LOVE 2nd – MARVIN 3rd – IZZY’S KEEPER(NZ) 4th – SAVAGE LAND(NZ)

DINKUMS DARLIN’ - Was slowly into stride after beginning awkwardly.

OLD RED - Lost ground when crowded between runners at the start. Shifted out abruptly across heels on straightening to obtain clear running.

RAINING DOLLARS - Jockey reported that the gelding was not comfortable on the firm going and as a result had failed to finish off strongly. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities.

MARVIN - Jockey reported that the gelding was inclined to hang in for the majority of the event.

Race 2: Coleman Stock Feeds ‘The Bangle’ Class 4 Handicap 1200 metres:
1st – AERIAL PING PONG 2nd – HYDRIVE 3rd – KING BROWN 4th – IN HIS ELEMENT

CRACOW - Dwelt at the start. Bumped with another runner at the home turn.

IN HIS ELEMENT - Began awkwardly. Jockey reported that the gelding was inclined to hang out in the middle stages. Bumped with another runner at the home turn.

ALEXANDER PARADE - Jockey reporteded that the gelding was inclined to race ungenerously throughout due to kickback. A post race veterinary examination failed to reveal any abnormalities.


Race 3: The Collins Families ‘Spring Creek Memorial’ Class B Handicap 1000 metres:
1st – OH YEAH 2nd – FAST ANNIE 3rd – SILENT ALE(NZ) 4th – FIVE STARS

BALL TEARER - Was slowly away.

GRISWALD - Was slowly away.

LOG CABIN - Was slowly away. Bumped with another runner on straightening.

FAST ANNIE - Was inclined to race ungenerously for a short distance near the 800m.

OH YEAH - Was momentarily held up for clear running approaching the home turn. Shifted out marginally on straightening bumping with another runner. Rider told to exercise more care.

FIVE STARS - Bumped by another runner which shifted out marginally at the home turn.


Race 4: Booth Pastoral Services/Bayer Australia ‘Lyndhurst Shield’ Benchmark 65 Handicap 1600 metres:
1st – JAMALKA 2nd – OKAY SWIFT 3rd – EXCELLENT STYLE 4th – INNER SILENCE

ELOVACHILL - Was a late withdrawal at 2:25pm when found to be lame in the near side fore. Prior to the declaration of Correct Weight Stewards ordered that all monies wagered on ELOVACHILL prior to 2:25pm be refunded in full and further that all winning bets placed prior to 2.25pm be subject to deductions of 13c win and 12c place.

ZELLEMSEE - Was slowly away. Raced wide at home turn.

EXCELLENT STYLE - Saddle shifted forward near the 1300m placing Jockey at a severe disadvantage for the remainder of the event.

INNER SILENCE - Jockey reported that the gelding was reluctant to stretch out in the early stages.

Race 5: Coopers Animal Health/Ingham Tyre Centre ‘Werrington Plate’ Class 6 Plate 1000 metres:
1st – ERBUS 2nd – SNITZEM 3rd – STAR TRUCE 4th – EXCEEDED

STAR TRUCE - Was slowly away.

GLAURUNG - Was slowly away.

SHE’S ALL OURS - Raced wide at the home turn.
