Trainer R Hay reported to Stewards that CONJUGAL RIGHTS had undergone a wind operation since its previous start at Dingo on 23 August, 2014.

Race 1: XXXX BM 60 Handicap- 1075 metres

JAVALENTIA- Slow to begin. Near the 400 metres eased when another runner lay out. Near the 200 metres, shifted to the outside of the field.

KHAANTANTES- Pending any further submissions, a $100 fine will be imposed for late declaration of Dale Evans as the rider. Raced wide in the early stages.

FONDA DE LUCRE- Was a little slow into stride.

RISHONA- Was a little slow into stride.

BAGGER BONES- Lay out near the 400 metres.

Race 2: Happy 50th Wedding Anniversary Maurice & Joyce Cavanagh Open Handicap- 1200 metres

Stewards viewed the photo finish image of the dead heat and confirmed the placings prior to the declaration of correct weight.

App J Hodge and connections of EMPEROR viewed the patrol film with the intention of lodging an objection against the winner AMBER ALE. After doing so, rider and connections did not proceed with any objection.

CHIAROSCURO- Jumped inwards and then taken out when inside runners jumped out.

MOSSANAY- At the start, jumped out onto another runner.

AMBER ALE- Taken out at the start. Hung out from near the 1000 metres until the 700 metres. A warning will be placed on the horse.

ROC’ DA FLOOR- Began awkwardly, made contact with another runner and lost some ground. Further hampered when outside runner shifted in. Raced wide throughout.

TESTASCANA- Jumped in onto another runner. Raced wide in the early and middles stages.

BAGABOB- Contact with another runner at the start and lay in onto another runner.

STOP CRYING- Shifted in and away from outside runner at the start.

DIRECT DEBIT- Raced wide throughout.

Race 3: Members Class 3 Plate- 1300 metres

LOVE A TIGER- Jumped out onto another runner.

PURE CHARM- Taken out slightly at the start.

ZIONIC- Taken out slightly at the start. Rider advised of use of whip which may be excessive.

ETERNO- Minor contact with outside runner at the start, lost some ground. Hampered between runners which had shifted ground.

LADY WIVENHOE- Held up for clear running from the 300 metres until near the 100 metres.

THE BURRAMARTHA- Raced wide throughout.

CHERISHTHETHOUGHT- Raced wide throughout.

Race 4: Owners and Trainers BM 55 Handicap- 1600 metres

INDY’S BULLION- Began awkwardly. Held up for clear running from the 250 metres to near the 100 metres and shifted in to obtain clear running.

MAGIC TWIST- Trainer reprimanded for late declaration of rider.

RESTRAINING ORDER- Raced wide throughout.

FUNNY FELLOW- Raced wide from the 800 metres.

SAFE WORLD- Slow into stride.

Stewards inquired into an incident near the 1200 metres in which SHINKASHU was checked and FEROCITY BLUE was steadied. App D Evans was issued with a charge of careless riding, however as he required another rider to give evidence, Stewards adjourned the matter until Thursday 23 April.

Race 5: XXXX QTIS Maiden Plate- 800 metres

ERNIE’S WORLD- Began awkwardly.

HALLE CAT- Jumped in onto another runner. Bumped near the 250 metres and made contact with outside runner.

LILLIAN ELIZA- Contact with another runner at the start.

MCBRIDLE- Began awkwardly and lost ground with the rider becoming unbalanced. Further hampered when inside runners shifted out.

PRINCESS JOEY- Jumped out at the start.

SPECIAL NELL- Jumped out at the start.

TAFFALINA- Near the 250 metres, lay out slightly and bumped another runner. Over the concluding stages inclined to lay in.

NINETTE KAN- Bumped and shifted ground near the 250 metres.
