SUPPLEMENTARY REPORTS:

Apprentice G. Mitchell was absent due to injury and was subsequently replaced on both her engagements for the day. Apprentice Mitchell advised she will require a medical certificate prior to returning.

Race 1: SOUTHERN DOWNS AG Maiden Plate 1100m

Made to Win - jumped out awkwardly at the start.

Time and Chance - Crowded shortly after the start by runners either side. In the straight was forced wider on the track be another runner

Dear Mary - Jumped awkwardly at the start.

Here comes Holly - Raced wide without cover throughout the later stages of the race as a result of shifting out at approximately the 600m mark.

Mrs Boole - Raced wide without cover throughout the event. Rider, apprentice A. Spinks, reported to stewards that his mount had hung out from the 600m. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities.

Man Overboard - Raced wide without cover throughout.

Discarded - Raced wide with cover throughout.



Race 2: WARWICK AUTOMOTIVE BenchMark 50 Handicap 1100m

Bonsea - Made contact with the barriers upon jumping and as a result lost ground.

Charzooka - Forced inwards by another runner down the home straight.

Graff Pink - Hung out throughout the event.

Airmass - Slow into stride at the start. Raced ungenerously in the early stages.


Race 3: ERGON ENERGY QTIS Maiden Plate 1350m

Brown Lines - Jumped in awkwardly at the start.

Enter Sandman - Eased from the heels of another runner at the start Raced ungenerously over the concluding stages. Apprentice G Willoughby reported to stewards that her mount was held up at the home turn.

A New Sound - K. Yoshida reported to stewards upon returning to scale that his mount raced one-paced throughout the event.

Stride of Pride - Jumped out awkwardly at the start. Shifted out marginally in the home straight.

Dupre - Connections advised the Stewards prior to the event that they wanted the horse to race in a more forward position if circumstances permitted. Subsequently it was ridden accordingly. Raced wide no cover over the early stages.

Race 4: BILL & MARGARET HOIBERG MEMORIAL BenchMark 55 Handicap 1350m

Rough Kiss - Upon returning to the scale apprentice L. Attard reported to stewards that his mount raced ungenerously throughout the event.

Race 5: GROVE JUICE SQUEEZE BenchMark 65 Handicap 1200m

Roberts Command - Over raced in the middle stages of the event.

Kyogle Town - Slow into stride at the start, Raced wide rounding the home turn. After the event trainer P. Blanch advised Stewards he was surprised that the horse was not ridden more forward as per the pre-race instructions. As apprentice M. Schrapel had left the course due to riding engagements at another venue, he will be spoken to in regards to the matter at a later date.


Cocktail Thong –Placed in restricted room and disappointed for a run at the 400m.
