Slow to begin. Bumped heavily on the hind quarters passing the 100m and became unbalanced.Cast the near hind plate in running. When questioned regarding the horse’s performance, apprentice R. Williams stated that she could offer no tangible explanation for the disappointing performance. A post-race veterinary examination revealed the mare had a slow post-race recovery.
