Rider questioned tactics middle stages after 1500m where apperaed could have improved position outside of ANOTHER COCKTAIL however, seemed to allow CONSTANT RETURN to improve around him, which left him racing at rear -stated OUTRAGED a backmarker and inclined to pull and did not consider allowing it to stride forward at that stage as he was concerned it may begin to overrace. Added did not believe failure to improve at that stage had any bearing on finishing position.
