Slow to begin. Commenced to lose ground from the 600m and was beaten a considerable distance. A post-race veterinary examination revealed no abnormalities. Trainer L Freedman advised stewards that in his opinion the filly may not appreciate rain affected tracks and it would be his intention to also spell the filly. Stewards advised Mr Freedman that PSYCHIC ROSE would be required to officially trial prior to being permitted to race again.
