When asked to comment on the apparent improved performance trainer M J Dunne advised the horse was first up from a spell today and had won a recent trial, adding that in its previous preparation SILVER GALAXY had settled back in the field in races primarily due to poor barrier manners, adding that today he was confident the horse would be ridden more forward today. Stewards advised Mr Dunne in similar circumstances he would be expected to advise Stewards of any change of tactics where a horse’s racing pattern is varied.
