ONLY QTIS REGISTERED HORSES ARE ELIGIBLE TO SHARE IN OVER $10 MILLION IN BONUSES

The Queensland Thoroughbred Incentive Scheme (QTIS) supports the Queensland breeding and racing industry by providing additional prizemoney incentives for connections of QTIS qualified racehorses through QTIS bonuses and the exciting QTIS Jewel Raceday.

Providing these additional prizemoney opportunities to qualified thoroughbreds ensures that breeding, owning and racing a QTIS horse in Queensland is one of the best value for money horse ownership opportunities in Australia.

Unearth the next Buffering or Winning Rupert

How good are QTIS yearlings? Queensland racing legend Buffering, and 2015/16 superstar Winning Rupert were both QTIS yearlings!

Purchased for $22,000, Buffering earned a life-changing $7.3 million for his owners, while Winning Rupert - a $67,500 purchase - amassed $1.1 million before retiring for a lucrative stud career in 2017. So start looking QTIS!

QTIS has been a shining light for Queensland Racing and its growth is crucial to the ongoing viability of both the breeding and racing industries in our State.

Not only does QTIS provide a great incentive to breed and race horses in Queensland, the QTIS Jewel Raceday has taken the Scheme to another level.
