Disclosure Log

Our disclosure log provides public access to information that has been released under the Right to Information Act 2009 (Qld) (RTI Act). The RTI Act promotes openness, accountability, and transparency by allowing the community to access information held by government agencies, unless, on balance, it is contrary to the public interest to do so.

RQ has therefore developed this disclosure log which details information relating to specific applications for non-personal information made to Racing Queensland. The disclosure log contains a summary of the information requested, including a description of the information requested and the date the application was finalised.

We manage our disclosure log in accordance with section 78A and 78B of the RTI Act, which includes the removal of any information:

the publication of which is prevented by law; or
that may be defamatory;
that, if included in the disclosure log, would unreasonably invade an individual’s privacy; or
that is, or allows to be ascertained, information -
- of a confidential nature that was communicated in confidence by a person other than the agency or Minister; or
- that is protected from disclosure under a contract; or
- that, if included the disclosure log, would cause substantial harm to an entity.
