Public Interest Disclosure (PID)

Racing Queensland is committed to ensuring that suspected wrongdoing can be reported safely, confidentially, and in accordance with legislative requirements.

A PID may be made where a person has information about serious misconduct, maladministration, or other wrongdoing in the public interest. Disclosures can be made to an appropriate officer and will be assessed and managed in line with the requirements of the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010.
