RACE ONE

KANYE CRUSADER (7) has ticked over 12 months since his last victory, yet he might just have the right conditions to get a win on the form card. Just 1m away in a track record at Marburg last start, he used the passing lane here two starts back when 3rd. With the right trip he can take his shot.

CRAZY SHIPPO (1) arrives back in Qld again for Bern Hewitt. With winning form at The Creek when last in the Sunshine State, this will be his first look at The Triangle. A beaten fav last start at Dubbo when striking trouble, he has early hustle and from the front might just be able to see it out.

BRIAN CHRISTOPHER (6) has the wide gate to negotiate but comes into this contest with three successive victories on this deck. Dictating from gate 4 last start, this looks a tricky map.

MISTERY ROAD (5) was building towards a victory after three successive placings before franking his form with a gritty win over the AP mile last start. He can get forward to feature.

SELECTIONS: KANYE CRUSADER (7), CRAZY SHIPPO (1), BRIAN CHRISTOPHER (6), MISTERY ROAD (5)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-5-6-7

RACE TWO

MY ULTIMATE BONDI (7) fired out from gate 1 last start and from the front was trying to see it out. With a steady opening half, he set up a smart 57.5 closing 800 but was collared in the last stride by BEACH MAGIC. Stalking the speed this time, he can look for a gap to take the closing shot.

BONNIES A ROCKIN (6) will take benefit from the scratching’s to the inside and from gate 4 can fire some early bullets to find a forward spot. Only 6m from the winner FLO RYDA last start when eased to the poles, she has been kept fresh since that outing and can look to throw it down.

FAVREAU (1) has had two runs back from a spell, the latest from inside the second line where he was making some nice metres in the closing stages. The improved gate can see a sharper return.

DOLLARBILL (8) found the right conditions last start after easing early from a wide gate before moving around in the closing stages to claim the prize. He can be in the mix once again.

SELECTIONS: MY ULTIMATE BONDI (7), BONNIES A ROCKIN (6), FAVREAU (1), DOLLARBILL (8)
SUGGESTED BET: MY ULTIMATE BONDI (7) to win

RACE THREE

DIGYOURHEELSIN (6)
has no favours here from the outside paint but finds a race where there looks some tempo and the record at the middle trip may be questionable for a few of her opponents. Swooping on them to score at this journey last start from gate 9, she can look for the repeat.

SHADYS DELIGHT (9) eased from gate 6 last start and from back in the pack was making some nice metres in the closing stages to be 5m from the dictating winner CHEDDAR MADE BETA. Strong to the line here three runs back for 2nd, he can trail through here to make a closing challenge.

MERGE RIGHT (4) is fresh since here last start where she was an all the way winner from gate 1, closing out in nice style over the latter stages. With a smart record, she will be thereabouts.

POLKA DOT DANCE (3) started from inside the second line last time out and was darting up the passing lane as DOLLARBILL arrived. Settling near the speed will aid her chances.

SELECTIONS: DIGYOURHEELSIN (6), SHADYS DELIGHT (9), MERGE RIGHT (4), POLKA DOT DANCE (3)
SUGGESTED BET: DIGYOURHEELSIN (6) to win

RACE FOUR

COURAGEOUS SAM (6)
was a winner here three starts back from gate 5 when sent forward to sit outside the leader. Grafting out a determined victory, he followed that with a 3m deficit behind subsequent winner WHATA TERROR. He can press forward here to worry them out of it.

THE RAGNBONE MAN (3) has been to the track on three occasions since returning from a spell, the latest when unsuited from the second line. Finding the front here two starts back at the 2040m which is not his go, he was down the line. Back to the front over the sprint, he will throw it down.

DOOLITTLE DEXTER (1) has hit some nice form and will line up here chasing the hat-trick of victories. Eased early before sweeping over the top to score last start, he looks set for a perfect trailing trip.

BETTING BARON (5) has faced some tough draws in recent starts, the past two from the second line and three back had outside the front line over the AP mile. Positioning cheaply will be key.

SELECTIONS: COURAGEOUS SAM (6), THE RAGNBONE MAN (3), DOOLITTLE DEXTER (1), BETTING BARON (5)
SUGGESTED BET: COURAGEOUS SAM (6) to win

RACE FIVE

DEVELSTIX (3) fired off the arm to take control form gate 4 last start and from the front powered clear to a big 18m margin. With a pair of wins in his past 4 starts, both of those have come when leading and form the gate he can look to take control. If in front, he can see it out.

FREMARKSINDI (2) was sent around them from the second line last start to sit parked and despite the tough trip was grinding it out in holding 2nd behind DOOLITTLE DEXTER. Fitter again after three runs back from a spell, she has the gate to be prominent and issue the challenge.

FEELGOOD EXPRESS (4) has been the bridesmaid at her past two starts, the latest when a head from the winner after using the passing lane from inside the second line. Grafting it out two back, she has claims.

JET FORCE (5) was having his first start following a stable switch last time out when darting along the passing lane to be under 2m from the winner. He can be chiming in again here.

SELECTIONS: DEVELSTIX (3), FREMARKSINDI (2), FEELGOOD EXPRESS (4), JET FORCE (5)
SUGGESTED BET: DEVELSTIX (3) to win

RACE SIX

O B LEGAL (7)
took on a much stronger contest at Marburg last time out where he was down the line as TUNGSTEN TERROR set a new track record. Runner-up to MI FURIOSO TORO the start prior when sent out as the fav, he can secure an economical trip and be ready to make the closing shot a winner.

ALLMIGHTY MAX (6) never seems to land a marble and will be doing it the tough way once again here from outside the front line. Game in defeat against stronger opponents last start when sent forward and only fading in the closing stages. He can press on and throw down the challenge.

MAHINDI (8) was first up in Qld last start and had the closing power to arrive over the top of them here at the 1780. With the right trip, she can be chiming in over the closing stages.

MANHATTAN LASS (3) was having her first Qld start here last time out when resuming from a spell. Fitter for that outing where she overcame gate 9 to score a smart win, she has claims.

SELECTIONS: O B LEGAL (7), ALLMIGHTY MAX (6), MAHINDI (8), MANHATTAN LASS (3)
SUGGESTED BET: O B LEGAL (7) to win

RACE SEVEN

THE WEAPON (4)
was wide off the track last start when trying to launch the closing raid but came up 2m astern of the winner AKERMANIS. A smart 3rd three runs back in strong company over the AP mile, he finds the right conditions to open the win ledger.

OUTER CHANGE (2) was back in the pack here two runs back before charging home in the latter stages to grab 2nd when 5m from the winner SWIFT CHANGE. Obliged to do it the tough way last start, she lands an improved gate and gets the chance to issue the challenge.

GHOST TRAIN (7) was looking to take them all the way last week from gate 1 but a flat tyre left him fading in the closing stages, holding on for the bronze. Needing a slice of luck from this alley, he will be probing.

THE REAL VANESSA (3) was moving up at the 500m here last start but struck trouble that put her out of commission. Settling handy, she can feature.

SELECTIONS: THE WEAPON (4), OUTER CHANGE (2), GHOST TRAIN (7), THE REAL VANESSA (3)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE EIGHT

HARRY KANE (8) released the speed last start from gate 1 over the AP mile before finishing midfield behind the handy MY ULITMATE COBBER. Placed in his only start on this deck where he was a tragedy beaten, a return to maiden grade looks a huge plus and he should be opening the account.

DESTINY BLUES (1) has placed in three of her past four starts, the latest when hemmed away from the second line before chiming in late for the bronze. Landing her best gate for some time, she can secure the right trip to issue some form of challenge.

VILLAGE SMIRKER (7) is starting to get the miles in the legs and boost the fitness after four runs back from three years off the scene. Fading last start after a tough trip, he is a podium hope in this.

MILLIE FRANCIS (2) was making her race debut here last week from gate 6 where she was having a good look about and struck trouble ending her hopes. Look for improvement here.

SELECTIONS: HARRY KANE (8), DESTINY BLUES (1), VILLAGE SMIRKER (7), MILLIE FRANCIS (2)
SUGGESTED BET: HARRY KANE (8) to win

RACE NINE

IM THE BOUNTY HUNTER (8)
has been to the track twice since retuning from 18 months off the scene. First up he was eased from gate 5 to secure position and held 4th well back behind a breakaway pair. Improving again last start, this is a huge class drop where he can secure the target.

FURIOSA (4) was building towards the maiden breaker after finishing as the runner-up in successive outings. Finding conditions last start, she fired out to take control and from the front was never headed in taking a 9m margin. With that winning confidence, she finds another suitable contest.

FLASH FREDDIE (2) could not find position last start from gate 3 and was soon at the rear of the pack trying to make closing metres. With early hustle, he can fire out here to feature.

KING OF KAOS (5) held the pocket trail from inside the second line last time out but could no go with them over the latter stages. Despite the gate he has a podium hope here.

SELECTIONS: IM THE BOUNTY HUNTER (8), FURIOSA (4), FLASH FREDDIE (2), KING OF KAOS (5)
SUGGESTED BET: IM THE BOUNTY HUNTER (8) to win
