RACE ONE

RAANI (5) eased from this gate last start to find the poles and from deep in the pack never really got warm as LANOCH BOY took them all the way. Tackling a strong mares race at headquarters the start prior that has a proven form reference, she finds a race here that should generate early tempo.

ZARAS A TREASURE (1) had a good shot for early supremacy last start at the 1780 and with a strong opening half, wilted over the closing stages. Runner-up here two starts back from the pocket trail, she took them all the way here three back at the sprint. She has all the options here to challenge.

DOLLARBILL (2) was sent forward last start over this trip and pressing on was able to take control and then hold on for a 2m margin. He has the gate to get forward and make a play once again.

OYSTER STRIDE (4) was taken off the arm from gate 5 last start as the race favourite and was trying to wind up in the closing stages when 8m in arrears. Suited by tempo, he can be closing out.

SELECTIONS: RAANI (5), ZARAS A TREASURE (1), DOLLARBILL (2), OYSTER STRIDE (4)
SUGGESTED BET: RAANI (5) to win

RACE TWO

JAY TEE TYRON (1) is 0 and 5 here at the Peninsula but he looks to find his opportunity to turn that around. Asked to graft it out when parked over the AP 2138m last time and fading in the latter stages, a similar scenario unfolded two back. Taking control here might be the benefit he needs.

MARIANNA BROMAC (4) eased from this gate over the 2040 two starts back and then never really got into the contest when resuming from a freshen and a stable switch. Sent forward before finding running line cover over 1780 last start, her closing speed saw her arrive and can throw it down again.

SWEET JASMINE (7) should enjoy the economical peg trip here, a position she has found herself at her past two outings. Grabbing 3rd two back behind COURAGEOUES SAM, she can be probing here.

MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (5) tackled a tougher contest over the AP 2138m last start and after doing some work in the run, was not too far from the winner. A return to The Triangle puts him in the mix.

SELECTIONS: JAY TEE TYRON (1), MARIANNA BROMAC (4), SWEET JASMINE (7), MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (5)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE THREE

CUPCAKESNWHIPCREAM (1)
was a winner here five runs back from inside the second line after securing the trailing trip. Beaten by the second line at her next two starts, she has been three back on the poles at her past two when finishing 2nd. Lobbing one spot closer in transit can see her arrive.

CHEETAH LODGE (5) heads North to join the Mitchell Dawson stable and arrives with a tidy form card that shows a pair of wins and three 2nd placed returns in his past five outings. Taking them all the way to score at Penrith last start, he is fresh up here from the wide gate but stays under watch.

ASHLEE NITRO (4) started from gate 1 last start and was soon buried in the run over the AP mile as CHAINLINC swept home to score. Hitting the line nicely the start prior, she will be running on.

TRACER BULLET (2) was sent forward from gate 5 last start to sit parked and after the tough trip at the 2040m, just faded late. Placed his previous two, they can pull the trigger early in this battle.

SELECTIONS: CUPCAKESNWHIPCREAM (1), CHEETAH LODGE (5), ASHLEE NITRO (4), TRACER BULLET (2)
SUGGESTED BET: CUPCAKESNWHIPCREAM (1) to win

RACE FOUR

GOLDEN SAND (2)
was game in defeat last start after sitting parked over the AP mile and grafting out a tough effort to be under 5m from the winner in a sub 53 mile. He no doubt is the key holder to this contest with his penchant for putting the power on and if he takes control, looks hard to stop.

ITS BACK PAGE NEWS (3) was returning from a spell last start where she was sent forward from gate 5 over the AP 2138m to take control. After a steady first half, she dialled it up to finish off in 28.8 before zipping up the lane in 27 flat. Fitter for that run, she can throw it down.

MAJOR MISCHIEF (1) was banished to the trials after a disappointing return last time out. Earning the return with a smart hit out, he can tuck in behind the action here, with the pegs looking positive.

THE SPORTZ STAR (7) settled in the running line from gate 5 before making a move at the bell here last week and grabbing the silver behind THE IRISH EAGLE. Off a cosy trip, he can make late metres.

SELECTIONS: GOLDEN SAND (2), ITS BACK PAGE NEWS (3), MAJOR MISCHIEF (1), THE SPORTZ STAR (7)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE FIVE

HIT THE TRACK (6)
comes up with the wide gate but returns to The Triangle after campaigning at The Creek in recent times. A winner in a new PB four runs back, he was runner-up at his next two before finishing 6m from the winner as the favourite last start. He can make a closing play.

GETALOADATHISBRO (9) found conditions to suit here five runs back when powering off the arm from gate 4 to take control and holding on for a narrow victory. Placed at his past three in succession when run down after leading in each, he will be chasing here and tempo can see him challenge.

WAVEDANCER (2) was runner-up in 4 of his previous 5 before being rewarded with a win here three back. Maintaining the good form with a last start victory, he can be close enough to chime in again.

KEAYANG SPONGE BOB (5) settled in the 1x1 trail off a second line gate here two starts back and had the closing momentum to take the cash. Beaten a lip last start from the trail, he can feature.

SELECTIONS: HIT THE TRACK (6), GETALOADATHISBRO (9), WAVEDANCER (2), KEAYANG SPONGE BOB (5)
SUGGESTED BET: HIT THE TRACK (6) to win

RACE SIX

MOTU AMETHYST (1)
was a winner here five runs back when sliding across from gate 3 to find the pocket trail and then making the closing shot a winning one. Grabbed in the closing strides as a long odds-on fav at her next start, the gates have been against her in three since, but this looks right.

GETALOADATHISGIRL (7) had placed in successive starts, including a luckless effort when needing a gap sooner and only beaten 2m here two runs back. Franking that form with an all the way victory last time out, she looks set to enjoy the perfect trip here to make a closing challenge.

TEACHERS PET (8) has been runner-up at her past two over this trip, the latest when trying to lead throughout from gate 2 but collared in the closing stages. She can be running on late to find a minor.

THE RAGNBONE MAN (9) slid across to find the 1x1 trail here last time out and then secured a rare victory over the 2040 middle trip. The gate stings but confidence and back to the sprint help.

SELECTIONS: MOTU AMETHYST (1), GETALOADATHISGIRL (7), TEACHERS PET (8), THE RAGNBONE MAN (9)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-7-8-9

RACE SEVEN

LONDON LADY (3)
made a perfect start in Qld last time out when securing an economical trip against the poles before charging home to score by a margin of 13m. Struggling to recapture her best in previous starts in the Riverina, she has a good gate here and can look for a repeat victory.

TORQUE TO THE MAX (1) was trying to make ground wide off the track last start and could not get warm over the closing stages at her first run back at Redcliffe in some time. Grabbing the bronze three runs back at Young, the gate can see her get the right trip to make a play.

FORGIVE ME (8) was eased to the poles last start from outside the second line and was picking off a few closing metres over the 2040m trip. A winner here four starts back, she is a podium hope.

DATSINAHURRI (4) will take further benefit from her latest outing where she was second up from a spell. Trying to make late ground behind LONDON LADY, a return to the front line helps her chances.

SELECTIONS: LONDON LADY (3), TORQUE TO THE MAX (1), FORGIVE ME (8), DATSINAHURRI (4)
SUGGESTED BET: LONDON LADY (3) to win

RACE EIGHT

KOTARE ELITE (5)
has had three runs back form a spell and although landing a sticky gate, she can look to break a win drought that extends close to 18 months. Releasing from gate 1 over the AP mile last start, she was not too far from the winner CHAL BE and can look to cash-in here.

FEEL THE THIRLL (9) eased to the poles from the second line last time looking for the shorter way home and was able to grab the bronze when 6m from the winner. Finishing midfield the start prior from the 1x1 trail, with the right trip in this contest, he can look to issue a closing play.

IM ISABELLA (1) probably does not look a winning hope in this battle but should secure the ideal trip in behind the speed to make a play for some minor money.

CARIBBEAN ROCKET (8) had the speed to lead last start and from the front was unable to see it out when finishing 6m from the winner DUKE. The gate dents his hopes here but he can be chiming in.

SELECTIONS: KOTARE ELITE (5), FEEL THE THIRLL (9), IM ISABELLA (1), CARIBBEAN ROCKET (8)
SUGGESTED BET: KOTARE ELITE (5) to win

RACE NINE

DESTINY BLUES (1)
might just have found the conditions to open her account after snaring the ace. Releasing from this alley last start, she was trying to make a closing raid when finishing 9m from the winner AKERMANIS. Runner-up the start prior, this looks her chance for the breakthrough.

PAYOUT (7) is working towards getting off the duck after placing in 2 of his past 3 starts. Angling to the poles for the short way home from gate 8 last start, he followed home for the bronze when 7m away. Sticking to the inside, he can look to issue a challenge in this line up.

SUBTLE CHAY (5) will take good benefit from his latest outing where he was resuming from a spell. Pressing on to the front, he held on for the silver behind SWOOPING EAGLE and can feature again.

TUFFY (6) was sent to the front last time and was trying to stave off the challengers when fading to be 8m in arrears of the winner AKERMANIS. The gate is a big impost for this contest.

SELECTIONS: DESTINY BLUES (1), PAYOUT (7), SUBTLE CHAY (5), TUFFY (6)
SUGGESTED BET: DESTINY BLUES (1) to win
