RACE ONE

MISS MEMPHIS (3) flew the tapes when they released in the Triad Final and darted across to set the speed. Giving a big sight out in front, she led them into the stretch but was collared in the closing stages by KENETURIO. If she can step cleanly again here, they might not run her down.

GLENAEAGLE REAIGN (1) showed good improvement into his second race appearance when gripping on for the bronze behind KENETURIO in the Triad Final last start. Making an error on debut but still able to beat half the field home, the added experience and small field is a big plus.

UWOHALI (2) has five minor placings and should appreciate the absence of some of the better trotters she has been meeting in recent starts. Runner-up to the 3YO PARIS KAY three back, she is in the mix, while PANDA FOOEY is the lone runner off 10m and while he has the ability, has made costly errors at his past three starts.

SELECTIONS: MISS MEMPHIS (3), GLENAEAGLE REAIGN (1), UWOHALI (2)
SUGGESTED BET: MISS MEMPHIS (3) to win

RACE TWO

With a few in this field having either limited or no exposure on this track, THE REAPER (8) can look to take advantage of his good record here. With 4 wins and 4 minors in 15 attempts, he was not too far from the winner LEESA CASTLETON last start. Strong to the line three back for 3rd, he can capitalise.

JUST CALL ME MOLLY (1) has maintained a string of consistency for the first time in her career, lining up here after hitting the board in 7 of her past 12 and been runner-up in successive starts. Collared in the closing strides last start when leading them up, she has speed off the arm and will challenge.

EVERYSECONDCOUNTS (7) takes his first look at the track and draws to get the right trip in behind the speed. Placed at her past three in succession, she will be tucked away ready to make a play.

MIKEMARO (5) returned to the track in early August off the back of a spell and has not been seen since. Back to the trials to blow out the cobwebs, his chances will be known by the first turn.

SELECTIONS: THE REAPER (8), JUST CALL ME MOLLY (1), EVERYSECONDCOUNTS (7), MIKEMARO (5)
SUGGESTED BET: THE REAPER (8) to win

RACE THREE

With a smart record on this deck and coming into this battle bursting to win a race, FAST TRACKER (2) looks to have found the conditions for a breakthrough. Runner-up his past four in succession, he was only a lip away three back and then grafted out a half-head defeat two back. Despite what could potentially be a messy map, he can cash-in.

ONE LAST ROLL (1) was sent forward to sit parked in a sharp AP mile contest last time out and after the tough trip, faded over the closing stages as BETTORS HOPE arrived. Midfield here two back as LANOCH BOY took them all the way, the fence will be a bonus in his challenging chances.

LA SAFRON (6) returns from a spell off the back of a smart trial here where he closed out in nice order in the closing stages. The gate stings first up but saved for a closing shot can chime in.

LITTLELIONELJAMES (3) settled in the 1x1 trail last start from gate 2 and was trying to make a closing play when holding 3rd behind BETTORS HOPE. Beaten by that same winner two back, he has claims.

SELECTIONS: FAST TRACKER (2), ONE LAST ROLL (1), LA SAFRON (6), LITTLELIONELJAMES (3)
SUGGESTED BET: FAST TRACKER (2) to win

RACE FOUR

With his likely final Qld appearance before the semi-finals of the NSW Breeders Challenge, TEDDY DISCO (4) tackles the older horses on a track where he has won 6 of 7. Grabbed in the last strides last start at Tamworth by LEAP TO FAME, he was runner-up in the Triad two back. He is too classy.

MOLLIESMARYELLE (1) looks set to enjoy the perfect trip from this alley where she backs-up from Saturday night after finishing midfield behind UPTOWN BEACHGIRL. A tough effort when parked two back as AUNTY BELLA arrived, she lands all the options here to try to overturn the classy 3YO.

JUMPING JACK JIMMY (7) was a winner two back when taking them all the way over the AP mile and followed that with a 2nd behind CARDLESFROMHEAVEN. With fence benefits he can chime in.

SELECTIONS: TEDDY DISCO (4), MOLLIESMARYELLE (1), JUMPING JACK JIMMY (7)
SUGGESTED BET: Trifecta 4 / 1-6-7

RACE FIVE

With a last start victory and taking advantage of an unfulfilled engagement, TACTICS ARE ROLLIN (3) can look to claim successive maiden victories. Opening her account here last start when charging home over the top to claim a 3m margin, she can back-it up with another win from this alley.

MORETTA (4) made an error over the AP mile two starts back and was out of play with her chances expiring. Eased from gate 6 last start, she slid across to find the running line where she was then best of the chasing pack for 2nd behind the smart QUEENSLANDER. With even luck she can challenge.

WANDARY DELIGHT (1) was buried away on the poles last start and could not get warm when chasing QUEENSLANDER home. With the right trip, she can be poking through into the minors.

SHORT LEG SUE (7) continues to chase the elusive maiden breaking victory after another placing last start to make it five successive minors. Closing out smartly, she will be searching for gaps here.

SELECTIONS: TACTICS ARE ROLLIN (3), MORETTA (4), WANDARY DELIGHT (1), SHORT LEG SUE (7)
SUGGESTED BET: TACTICS ARE ROLLIN (3) to win

RACE SIX

With his winning streak coming to an end last start after four successive victories, TARGARYEN (5) can look to bounce back here. Rolling forward and forced to graft away outside the leader, he held on for the silver in a 52.3 mile claimed by a free-wheeling HY VOLTAGE. The gate hurts but he is up to it.

GOLDEN SAND (4) loves to put the power on and will be heading forward again here. Grabbed last start when setting the speed and fading to 3rd, he was game in defeat two starts back when working hard parked out. He might need to dig deep to throw down his challenge.

LUXURY LAD (2) was a Marburg winner in slick time two starts back when finding the front and keeping them rolling. A tough 3rd last start, he has been consistent lately and can feature.

JAY TEE TYRON (1) settled in the trail from this gate last start and held on for the silver behind NEVADA YANKEE. Tucked in behind, he can be ready to make a play when the gaps arrive.

SELECTIONS: TARGARYEN (5), GOLDEN SAND (4), LUXURY LAD (2), JAY TEE TYRON (1)
SUGGESTED BET:  TARGARYEN (5) to win

RACE SEVEN

After threatening to win a race in recent weeks, CANT BLUFF YOU (5) was able to capitalise on Friday at headquarters when darting out to find the front over the 2138m trip and then take them all the way. Finishing 3rd in a qualifier three starts back, the gate stings but he can build on the winning confidence.

MOTU CULLEN (7) is another on a winning back-up from Friday at The Creek after charging home over the top to take a half-neck margin in a new career PB. Making an error here two starts back that ended his chances, he will need a slice of luck to get the gap to issue a challenge.

MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (2) made a costly error last start to end his chances after starting from a wide gate. That was his first run back here on The Triangle in some time and with the improved gate, he can cash-in.

MERGE RIGHT (1) has a tidy record here but will find this a little harder than recent attempts. Offset by the gate that provides all the options, she can chime into the minor money.

SELECTIONS: CANT BLUFF YOU (5), MOTU CULLEN (7), MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (2), MERGE RIGHT (1)
SUGGESTED BET: CANT BLUFF YOU (5) to win

RACE EIGHT

Placed at her past two starts, REDBANK MOLLY (7) will be hoping for the right trip here to maintain her perfect record on this deck which currently stands at 1 from 1. Just a head in arrears of the winner two back, she was making late metres last start when 3m from BETTING ORIGIN. Sweating on the gap with momentum, she can arrive.

EUGENIEN (2) slid in behind the speed last start and then lost all her momentum behind a leader that hoisted the white flag at the 400m. Squeezing out when her chances were done, it followed a 3m margin behind THE HARRIS HAWK. Finding track at the right time can see her challenge.

LAZY BLAZE (1) was a winner here five starts back from this gate when taking cover and then making the closing shot a winning one. Second up from a spell for this contest, he can burrow through to feature.

LANCELOT BROMAC (6) will face a tough ask from the wide gate, yet his last start was a tidy effort when 7m from BETTING ORIGIN. Can he break his Redcliffe hoodoo at career start 476?

SELECTIONS: REDBANK MOLLY (7), EUGENIEN (2), LAZY BLAZE (1), LANCELOT BROMAC (6)
SUGGESTED BET: REDBANK MOLLY (7) to win

RACE NINE

In what looks a tricky contest to close out the card, if MOHS EM DOWN (5) can have the fuse lit early, he might just have the speed to clear them. From the front he would take some catching in this battle. Just a neck in arrears of SWAGGIE SHANNON two back, he can pinch an open affair.

COURAGEOUS SAINT (7) will need some factors in is favour but should he be in the right spot and the gaps open, this is a race that is well within his reach. Backing up from Saturday where he chased home behind PARAMA, the wide gate dented his chances two back. He will be probing for openings.

SOME EXCUSESOMEWHERE (1) has not hit the board in four attempts here at the Peninsula but finds an improved gate after facing some tough draws in recent times. That improved alley can help.

JONAH JONES (4) has now had three runs back from a spell, the latest where he needed a gap that didn’t open when needed. Midfield at his past two, this is the type of contest where he can lob.

SELECTIONS: MOHS EM DOWN (5), COURAGEOUS SAINT (7), SOME EXCUSESOMEWHERE (1), JONAH JONES (4)
SUGGESTED BET:
