Bundaberg Trialing and Racing Information

Racing Queensland (RQ) provides the following stakeholder information concerning the return to racing at Bundaberg.

Public Trials

• Public trials will be held on Monday, February 6 and Monday, February 13.
• The February 6 trial session will be restricted in number and only open to locally trained greyhounds.
• The February 13 trial session will be open to all trainers.
• To book a trial, trainers must contact the Club on (07) 4152 2033.

Non-TAB Meeting February 20

• Racing will resume on Monday, February 20 with a non-TAB meeting.
• The meeting will carry standard Class 4 prizemoney and sustainability bonus payments.
• Standard grading penalties will apply to all events.
• Refer to the RQ website for the race program for this meeting.
• No race events will be offered over the new 315m distance.
• Nominations close Thursday, February 16, at 9am.

TAB Meeting February 27

• TAB racing resumes on Monday, February 27
• Refer to the RQ website for the race program for this meeting.
• Nominations close Thursday, February 23, at 9am.

Bundaberg Wildcard and Bundaberg Cup

• The Bundaberg Wildcard Heats are programmed for Monday, March 6.
• Nominations close Thursday, March 2, at 9am.
• Refer to the RQ website for eligibility and race event conditions.
• The Bundaberg Cup Heats are programmed for Monday, March 20.
• Nominations close Thursday, March 16, at 9am.

Trainer Subsidies

• Bundaberg-based trainer subsidies for animal care, racing, and trialling cease on Sunday, February 19.
