RACE ONE

LITTLE CHANGE (1)
has been without a Redcliffe win for some time but looks to have struck the conditions for a breakthrough. Not too far from the winner NAVAGIO two starts back, he maps for the perfect trip to capitalise.

MISS MIA (2) took a trail from gate 1 over the AP mile last start when holding on for the bronze behind NAVAGIO. Runner-up at Marburg the start prior when asked to hang tough in the breeze, she can be forward enough to throw down the challenge.

MIDNIGHT SOMEWHERE (6) is given no favours from the outside alley here, but his recent efforts have been good. Taking them all the way from the ace last start, he can be joining in.

BEEF CITY BLAZE (3) is better suited when able to follow the pegs and nothing went right last start when securing an ideal trip but then needing space. He can chime in off pegs here.

SELECTIONS: LITTLE CHANGE (1), MISS MIA (2), MIDNIGHT SOMEWHERE (6), BEEF CITY BLAZE (3)
SUGGESTED BET: LITTLE CHANGE (1) to win

RACE TWO

PRESS STATEMENT (1) settled in the running line from gate 4 last time out where he was unable to warm up over the closing stages. Tackling a much tougher battle over the AP mile the start prior, he finds the set up to burrow through early which presents all the options to cash in.

FEELIN FLIRTY (8) was runner-up at Marburg two starts back when making some late metres wide out from a second line alley behind AQUA CRUISER. Striking trouble last start when trailing them home as the favourite, he can follow through to be challenging.

CANDYKANE (7) has faced the outside front line at her past two owing to a starting embargo. Back in the draw, she will secure the soft trip and be searching for gaps to chime in.

VODKA EN ICE (3) held the pocket trail last start from gate 1 but could not go with them in the latter stages. Second line draws had hampered his efforts prior, and he can be sharper here.

SELECTIONS: PRESS STATEMENT (1), FEELIN FLIRTY (8), CANDYKANE (7), VODKA EN ICE (3)
SUGGESTED BET: PRESS STATEMENT (1) to win

RACE THREE

BUKTHSYSTEM (2)
has now had three runs back from a spell, the latest from gate 1 where he had no closing power as ALLSTAR SEA took the prize. Snagged back the start prior searching for position, he can be up near the action here and look to open his 2023 account.

WESTERN SHOWGIRL (8) found the pocket trail last start at Marburg and held on for the bronze as TOMMY BLIGH controlled it in front. Fitter after three runs back from a spell, this will be her first run at The Triangle this campaign, a track where she is an eight-time winner.

ROSARITO (9) held on for the bronze here tow starts back behind COLBY ART and last start was midfield to RIPPIN GOOD FEELIN. It’s been a while since seeing his best, but he gets a chance.

LA PISTOLA (3) was a winner here three starts back when making the most of gate 1 to lead throughout. Runner-up at his next appearance, a wide gate stunted him last start. He is right in this.

SELECTIONS: BUKTHSYSTEM (2), WESTERN SHOWGIRL (8), ROSARITO (9), LA PISTOLA (3)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE FOUR

GETALOADATHISBRO (3) overcame the outside second line at Marburg last start to make a wide move, round them up and then pull clear to a big 17m margin. With some slick moves out of the machine, he can get forward early to capitalise.

MY GIRL MANDY (1) was a winner here last Thursday when taking the trail from this same gate and then darting though along the passing lane to claim victory. Another soft trip behind the speed can unfold here and she will be coiled and ready to make the play.

DOLLARBILL (2) was too far back last start over the AP mile and did not get into the contest over the closing stages. He can settle close to the action from this alley to feature.

CIRCLE LINE (4) tackled the grass at Kilcoy last start when eased from a wide gate and was not too far from them. Chasing from behind the leader the start prior at Marburg, he can chime in.

SELECTIONS: GETALOADATHISBRO (3), MY GIRL MANDY (1), DOLLARBILL (2), CIRCLE LINE (4)
SUGGESTED BET: GETALOADATHISBRO (3) to win

RACE FIVE

BELLA GODIVA (6)
tried to see it out from the front at Kilcoy last start but wilted in the closing staged to be 6m astern of the winner. A Marburg winner three runs back when finding the front and dictating, this race looks a raffle, and she might just pinch it from the tough gate.

RAFFERTY DELIGHTS (4) might be the one to press the button early and look for the front and under that scenario he could challenge. Chasing from the second line last start and never in the mix, he was collared at Marburg three starts back when trying to take them all the way. He can challenge.

ALWAYS AT NIGHT (9) landed a second line gate last start at Marburg and was not a factor. He faces a tough gate here but with the right trip can be joining in to claim a podium spot.

YARRAMANS SHADOW (7) made some late metres here three back to grab the bronze behind EASTBRO TEX. Beaten by gate 6 last start, a soft trip should suit and he will be probing for gaps.

SELECTIONS: BELLA GODIVA (6), RAFFERTY DELIGHTS (4), ALWAYS AT NIGHT (9), YARRAMANS SHADOW (7)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE SIX

MY CHINA DOLL (9)
will need to negotiate the outside second line, but if limiting the burn, she can have the wheels to close out late. Runner-up to ROCCO VARIETY two starts back from wide off the track, she was a beaten fav last start after working hard from a wide gate. This looks within reach.

MY ULTIMATE HESTON (7) has placed at his past three in succession, the latest at Kilcoy where he was eased from a wide gate to settle rearward before hitting the line in nice order. Chasing home behind AWAYOVERNIGHT the start prior, if the gap opens in time, he can issue a challenge.

THE CROM (1) was runner-up last start after making a wide run at Marburg over the closing stages behind GETALOADATHISBRO. With the likelihood of a soft trip, he can chime in.

MELTON MAX GENTLE (2) is first up from a break and has features in a stable switch during his break. A runner-up last time out at Marburg back in December, he might just settle in front.

SELECTIONS: MY CHINA DOLL (9), MY ULTIMATE HESTON (7), THE CROM (1), MELTON MAX GENTLE (2)
SUGGESTED BET: MY CHINA DOLL (9) to win

RACE SEVEN

WEDDING NIGHT (7)
will be relying on factors going her way, but under that scenario, she looks set to secure the prefect trip. Buried away here tow back, she follows a slick beginner and finding the perfect stalking spot, she can look to make the closing shot a wining one.

ROLLONX (5) returned from a spell on the grass at Kilcoy where he did plenty of work from the second line to get forward but was then repelled for the leading duties and he then faded over the closing stages. The gate stings but limiting the work can see him throw down a challenge.

IT AINT ROYAL (4) burrowed through to hold the pocket trail from gate 1 last time out and with the soft trip, was able to hold on for the silver. The gate is a little tougher, but she can still chime in.

FORTYFIVE ROCK (2) fired out from gate 1 last start and was looking for an all the way performance but could not see it out when fading to a midfield finish. Settling handy can see him in the mix.

SELECTIONS: WEDDING NIGHT (7), ROLLONX (5), IT AINT ROYAL (4), FORTYFIVE ROCK (2)
SUGGESTED BET: WEDDING NIGHT (7) to win
