RACE ONE

MIGHTY GEORGE (2)
has been sectionally superb in recent times and finally lands a good marble in a race that looks well within his reach. Even if he does lack the arm hustle to get across to lead, he should be close enough to the action to make the closing shot a winning one.

BUMPER (5) should appreciate the level of this contest after meeting some slightly stronger opposition in recent starts. The second line was against him last start over the AP mile and his effort here two back was solid after sitting parked. Despite the wide gate he is up to challenging in this.

FIRE AND ICE (8) was a winner over the AP mile four runs back but has been out of the money in all three since. Only 4m away last start after doing it tough outside the leader, he can be chiming in.

LOCHART SHARD (7) is still chasing his first win since arriving in Qld, having yet to hit the board. Not too far away last start at Marburg after starting from the second line, he can chime in here./

SELECTIONS: MIGHTY GEORGE (2), BUMPER (5), FIRE AND ICE (8), LOCHART SHARD (7)
SUGGESTED BET: MIGHTY GEORGE (2) to win

RACE TWO

VODKA EN ICE (7)
started from this same gate last time out and with the economical trail on the back of the leader, made the closing shot a winning one when darting through on the passing lane to score. Sweating on the 1 holding them wide, he will be awaiting the gap to make his play.

TEACHERS PET (8) is staring down a hat-trick of victories after wins at Marburg and there here over this trip. Overcoming this same gate last time to score, she was too tough at Marburg the start prior when sitting parked. With early mapping options, she can throw it down to claim the threepeat.

CHEDDAR MADE BETA (1) was strong to the line here five runs back after retreating from a wide gate. Sound in four AP runs since, he has the gate to be right in the mix.

HIGH ON MONTANA (2) settled in the 1x1 trail here two runs back and was making some late metres to grab 3rd behind PARTY POLOTIX. Settling handy, he has podium claims again here.

SELECTIONS: VODKA EN ICE (7), TEACHERS PET (8), CHEDDAR MADE BETA (1), HIGH ON MONTANA (2)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 1-2-7-8

RACE THREE

ROCK SUPREME (6)
looks to get into this race nicely and can look to overcome the outside paint to pinch the prize. Holding on for 3rd behind subsequent winner LITTLE CHANGE here two back when wide off the track, an early move to add some pressure can be the play to cash in here.

BUKTHSYSTEM (1) is looking for a hat-trick of wins after successive wins on this deck. Overcoming a wide run and the second line to score here last start, it followed the soft trip behind the leader when making the closing shot a winning one. With early options he can issue the challenge.

LA PISTOLA (2) was locked away on the poles last start and using inside runs was 4m in arrears of the winner. With early hustle, he can press forward to feature.

MASTER CHARLES (8) fired out form gate 2 last start and was trying to fight them off in front when LITTLE CHANGE grabbed him in the closing strides. Following through early can see him in the mix.

SELECTIONS: ROCK SUPREME (6), BUKTHSYSTEM (1), LA PISTOLA (2), MASTER CHARLES (8)
SUGGESTED BET: ROCK SUPREME (6) to win

RACE FOUR

HURRIKANE KING (7) was asked to sit parked two starts back and despite the tough run was just out of the money behind JET FORCE. Buried three back from this gate three starts ago and grabbing the bronze, if he can maintain the pocket trail, he can make the closing shot a winning one.

IM A CLASSY GIRL (1) was a winner over the AP mile three runs back when finding the front and taking them all the way. Buried here lats start from inside the second line, she lands the chance to burrow through and from the front can try to fight them off.

MISS PAU (8) capitalised from the good gate two starts back over the AP mile when sent to the front and able to take them all the way. Freshened since her last start, she can be chiming in here.

JET FORCE (9) found the 1x1 trail here two starts back and had the closing power to descend on them for the win. Luckless last start when snookered at HQ, he can be issuing a closing raid.

SELECTIONS: HURRIKANE KING (7), IM A CLASSY GIRL (1), MISS PAU (8), JET FORCE (9)
SUGGESTED BET: HURRIKANE KING (7) to win

RACE FIVE

RANCHO MAN (1)
has a worrying winning conversion on this deck, having just the solitary win despite taking 15 minors in his 34 outings here. Asked to roll the sleeves last start over the AP mile, he can burrow through and at his best on front, can look to turn his fortunes around.

SIR BOSTON (7) was first up from a break over the AP mile two starts back when darting through a gap to claim victory. Sent forward last start and forced to work in the run when finishing 12m from the winner GRIGORA, he will be tucked away here and awaiting the gaps to issue the challenge.

FOR NO REASON (2) made the most of a soft run behind the speed two starts back and had the closing power to claim the cash. Sound to the line from deep field last start, she can feature here.

THE HARRIS HAWK (4) could not go last start when the power went on as DOLLARBILL grinded out the victory. Not too far from BATMAN BART the start prior, he can be thereabouts here.

SELECTIONS: RANCHO MAN (1), SIR BOSTON (7), FOR NO REASON (2), THE HARRIS HAWK (4)
SUGGESTED BET: RANCHO MAN (1) to win

RACE SIX

SPORTY AZZ (8)
was runner-up here two starts back when angled to the poles from this same gate before making a closing raid to be just 1m form the winner PERFECT FEELING. Pressing forward to take control but unable to finish them off last start, he can look to end a long winning drought.

SONNY ORLANDO (3) started from inside the second line last start and was soon buried in the run when finishing 6m from BATMAN BART. Wide off the track two starts back at Marburg, he can flex some early muscle to get forward and issue a challenge.

OFFICE BAD BOY (7) will rely on a slice of luck and some factors in his favour from this gate, but if a gap can open in time, he can be ready to dart through and grab some minor money.

TODAYS HERO (2) released from gate 1 last start but could not go with them over the closing stages. Mixing his form of recent times, settling handy will help his chances of a podium return.

SELECTIONS: SPORTY AZZ (8), SONNY ORLANDO (3), OFFICE BAD BOY (7), TODAYS HERO (2)
SUGGESTED BET:  SPORTY AZZ (8) to win

RACE SEVEN

LORD DENZEL (8)
retreated from gate 4 last start to look for short cuts along the poles when down the line behind FAKE CULLECTION. Snookered from inside the second line at both prior starts, he can follow through early and in a wide-open contest like most here tonight, look to pinch the prize.

DESTINY BLUES (1) has good speed off the arm and can burrow through and with the options thereafter secure the right trip to challenge. Nott too far away last start after being shuffled to three back, she can be ready to pick them off up the stretch.

FEEL THE THRILL (7) looks set to enjoy a soft trip against the markers and will be searching for the gaps in the stretch.

MAMMALS DESTINY (6) was a winner from gate 4 here last time out when sent forward to work in the run and able to grind it out to break an extended wining drought. The gate makes the repeat an ask.

SELECTIONS: LORD DENZEL (8), DESTINY BLUES (1), FEEL THE THRILL (7), MAMMALS DESTINY (6)
SUGGESTED BET: LORD DENZEL (8) to win

RACE EIGHT

TRIOLI (5)
has some poor numbers next to her name, but that perhaps is not a true indication of how she is performing. Copping some tough gates in recent starts, she will need to overcome another tough one here, but getting forward might just be the tonic to turn around her fortunes.

MAN OF ACTION (8) was wide off the track last start and working in the run from gate 5 when just outside the placings. Forced to retreat after having an early look two starts back, he can look for the right early trail to make a closing challenge.

CIRCLE LINE (6) keeps grinding it out and last start was wide off the track from this same gate when grabbing the silver. Beaten by the second line two starts back, he can look to make a play here.

CLARES FOOL (3) is still chasing his first win of the season but has not been helped by some tough gates at his past three starts. Getting forward in the early stages can see him be an improver.

SELECTIONS: TRIOLI (5), MAN OF ACTION (8), CIRCLE LINE (6), CLARES FOOL (3)
SUGGESTED BET: TRIOLI (5) to win

RACE NINE

MAJOR PAINT (2)
has the solitary win to his name and will be on the two-day back up from the Gympie Show. Buried in the run last start when chasing as TRALEE MAXIE took the prize, he can get off the arm to take control and try to see it out in front.

MOONAN NINA (9) should relish the opportunity in this level of battle after meeting much stronger opposition in recent starts. Fading out last start, she was a winner here four runs back when sent to the front to take them all the way and despite the tough gate, she can issue a challenge.

WESTERN ACTION (6) is given no favours from the outside paint and positioning cheaply will be vital. Not too far away last start from outside the second line, he can chime in.

MAJOR RUMBLE (3) is slowly starting to sharpen his performances and should appreciate a return to this grade after some tougher runs at his past few. He can settle handy to finish thereabouts.

SELECTIONS: MAJOR PAINT (2), MOONANA NINA (9), WESTERN ACTION (6), MAJOR RUMBLE (3)
SUGGESTED BET:
