RACE ONE

MERGE RIGHT (1) pounced on the lead easily enough here last week and once in control was never in danger in claiming victory. Beaten by gate 6 the start prior, she lands all the favours from this gate to protect the inside and take them all the way.

SPORT MENTAL (9) angled to the inside from two the second line last time out and was strong to the line when under 2m from the winner WINDY HILL WALLY. Chasing behind subsequent Saturday night winner JILLIBY CHAMBERS the start prior, tempo will aid her chances of joining in.

ROCK NIEN (5) was sent forward from gate 6 to sit parked here two starts back and was in for the fight in holding on for 3rd. Setting the speed last start over the 2040 before fading, he can feature.

FIRE AND ICE (7) eased from gate 4 last start to secure position and was soon back in the pack and trying to make ground behind MERGE RIGHT. He will be much closer to the action this time.

RACE THREE

MISTER HART (7)
will need some factors in his favour from this alley but finds a race well within his reach if things can go his way. Sent out as fav last start when trying to make the last challenge from this same gate last start, he was 1m astern of the winner ENGLISH DANCE. He can dart through here.

TULHURST CUDDLES (4) was taken back from the start last time out at this trip and was trying to make a late raid but could not make an impression. A grinding 3rd here two starts back when just a half-neck from the winner, she can get forward to issue a challenge.

RIVERINA FLASH (6) was taken back early here last time out before trying to make metres in the closing stages to finish midfield behind FOR NO REASON. The ODM embargo makes it a tough ask.

PAGO PAGO (9) has placed at his past three starts, the latest up the passing lane when running the winner OUR UNCLE NEV to a head margin. With the right tempo, he can be chiming in again.

RACE FOUR

JUSTROLLINGAROUND (3) was making her Qld debut here last week from outside the second line when settling rearward. Set free wider on the track, she attacked the line to charge past to a 7m margin. A Wagga winner three starts back, she can settle handy enough to chase the repeat.

FORGIVE ME (1) landed this gate and trip two starts back where she was looking to take them all the way but collared in the closing stages by PRESS STATEMENT. A gritty 3rd last start after being required to sit parked, she has the gate to take control and look to see it out.

HIGH ON MONTANA (2) can secure the right running line position here to chime in. Grabbing victory here three starts back, he followed that with an AP 3rd behind THE VICAR OF DIBLEY.

OUR UNCLE NEV (6) eased to the inside from two the second line here last start and when asked for the sprint, let down strongly to claim a head margin. The wide gate makes a repeat a tricky ask.

GABBYS IDEAL (1)
found cover here two starts back when best of the chasing pack behind the effortless winner FRAYA. A beaten fav last start from gate 3 at the middle trip, she has the arm hustle to burrow through here and if given a chance of a mid-race breather, can see this out.

CHRONICLES (2) was forced to sit parked here last start from gate 4 and after the tough trip was still grinding it out on the line when holding 2nd behind THE HARRIS HAWK. Leading throughout at Marburg the start prior, she can be handy to the action to make his challenge.

GOTTA GO TORQUE (7) was sent forward to sit parked from gate 5 here last week and fought gamely when holding 3rd behind OUR FIRE AND DELIGHT. A soft trip can aid his chances.

GRIGORA (5) has been kept fresh since his last start victory when claiming a narrow margin over this trip. He wide gate makes the repeat a tough ask.

RACE SIX

HEY MISTER TAYLOR (5)
has been knocking on the door since returning from a spell, having placed in three of his five appearances. Sent around them to sit parked last start, he was in for the fight when claiming a starchy 2nd. Despite the wide gate, he looks to find the conditions to capitalise.

FLO RYDA (8) was chasing in vain and hitting dead ends here last week as SHEZ NOTROIUS claimed victory. A tough trip was his undoing here two runs back which had followed a half-head margin when closing out in nice order three back. With the right trip he can be issuing a challenge.

FOR NO REASON (2) is chasing a hat-trick of victories after successive wins here on The Triangle. Forcing the issue here last start at the 2040 to claim a smart win, she can be right in the fight.

MALINJANG (3) was beaten by gate 6 last start when retreating to settle rearward but unable to get warm in the latter stages. Taking them all the way here two back, she can be thereabouts.

LAST CALL (2)
has placed in all three Qld appearances and comes up with her best gate since arriving. Best of the chasing pack behind LORD MEMNOCK last week, she was rattling late when a head from the winner LONG TIME COMING the start prior. This looks her chance to cash in.

STARS OF AMERICA (7) was locked away three back from this same gate last start and when finding a gap worked home soundly to the line to grab the bronze behind PRIORITY BETTING. At risk of being snookered once again, he will be probing for the openings.

SAINT LOUIS BEAT (5) is showing gradual improvement at every appearance and last start fired out to find the front and was griping on when 3rd. He has the arm hustle to fire across again.

SOMEONES WATCHING (9) will take benefit from his debut performance here last week. Settled in the running line, he chased to be just out of the money and can chime in with the added experience.

HEAVENLY SEA (4)
did some early work last time out in chasing position but could not go on with it. Holding the 1x1 trail two starts back, she was strong to the line to get within 2m of the winner MY CHINA DOLL. The set up looks right for her to capitalise against this opposition.

MATAI REACTOR (5) angled to the inside last start and was searching for space when 7m astern of the winner ENGLISH DANCE. Midfield from the 1x1 trail two starts back behind CAPTAIN FOXTROT, he found the right conditions three back when swooping late to score. He can challenge again.

ABBEY DIADEMA (8) was asked to work in the run last start and was not helped when striking some trouble. Placed in both prior outings, she can be chiming in here.

CANNAN (9) was a winner here two starts back when making full use of gate 2, taking control and leading throughout. Midfield last start, he can be looking to make a late raid in this.

faced the outside paint last start where he was taken back early to settle at the rear. Making a wide run he was strong to the line when 6m astern of the winner. Midfield over the AP mile the start prior, he strikes a winnable assignment here.

SONNY ORLANDO (2) was asked to do it the tough way last start where he sat parked but could not go on with it over the closing stages. Setting the speed two starts back when collared over the closing stages, he looks the lamplighter once again and will be gripping on in the stretch.

JUKEBOX JET (1) will take further benefit from his latest outing where he was second up from a spell. Buried on the inside, he made some late metres for the bronze and will be probing again.

OFFICE BAD BOY (9) forced the issue from gate 3 here two starts back and from the front was able to see it out with a 4m margin. Snagged back from gate 6 last start, he can trail through to feature.
