RACE 1

KING CITY (7) impressed at his latest appearance at this circuit when he had enough speed to lead from this same draw before drawing away to cruise home by 13.5 metres. Stays in the same grade and is a big chance to go back-to-back.

REGAL APPOINTMENT (4) finished third to King City last start for his second placing in his last three outings. Has some ground to make up on that rival but is working towards a win.

ITSALLANDOVER (5) backs up off a second here on Tuesday, giving him two placings in three outings since scoring here. Going well enough to play a role again.

IGNITE (3) draws well and is worth some thought off a placing here two back.

RACE 2

MAYWYN TROUBADOUR (7) will enjoy a class drop having taken on stronger company since clocking in second at this circuit last month. May need a touch of luck from the wide draw but he is good enough to win at this level.

RISK TAKER (5) is a progressive gelding who followed up his maiden win at Redcliffe with a fighting success at this circuit and distance last week when off this same barrier. He can take the next step.

MUSIC MOTH (6) is racing well having recorded two close seconds in three starts since a Redcliffe win. Freshened since getting close here last time. Must be included.

THE MAHARANI (1) hasn't been far from the placings at her last couple and is drawn to get the favours.

RACE 3

BLACKJACK BART (6) has the hoof on the till having made it four minor placings from his past five starts when he finished 1.1 metres away in second last time out at this circuit and distance. Draws wider but will appreciate a class drop.

SAN MAREA (8) impressed with an easy win two back at Redcliffe before a fourth against a handy line-up of mares here last week. Drawn to get a nice trail and looks dangerous.

SPORTING RAGE (4) is going better than his form may suggest as he tackled a stronger race last time and was held up for a run at a vital stage two back. This suits.

ROCK NIEN (1) has won fresh before and gets every chance from the ace draw.

RACE 4

ONLYSBEST (3) hasn't been far away in his last two outings at this circuit, last time chasing well from a back row barrier to place. Drawn to get the favours so has winning claims.

LULU MAE (8) will find this easier than her last attempt and was good two back when a 1.3m winner at this venue. She is drawn to get a nice trail with access to the sprint lane. Big chance.

PEPPA BLISS (7) didn't perform to market expectations last time out but had been racing well here before that including a second three starts back. With her A-game she can make an impact despite a wide draw.

BETTYS GOLD CLASS (6) has claims off a win from a similar barrier two back.

RACE 5

BRAEVIEW FELLA (10) has been racing well in higher-graded races and will enjoy coming back to this class having scored a win at this level at Redcliffe last month. May need some luck from the back row but he is good enough if it comes his way.

KALYPSO KING (6) wasn't disgraced when midfield off a back row draw last start and chased well along the sprint lane for second here two back. He can make an impact in this line up.

AUNTY FRANCES (8) should find this easier than recent attempts and is drawn for a nice trail so looking for improvement.

JUST ONE GOOD ONE (2) has been coming from the back row of late so can do better from this more favourable draw.

RACE 6

PUNTERS JEWEL (1) kicked off his career in perfect fashion last week, getting home by 7 metres at this circuit and distance. Had enough speed to lead from a wider barrier there so can take advantage of the ace draw and make it two on the bounce.

DEFENCE ATTORNEY (2) looked good when leading for a winning debut here two back before he was a beaten favourite in fourth last time. Draws well and can bounce back.

ROCKIN IN PARADISE (7) is lightly-raced with upside and must be respected after breaking his maiden from this same barrier here last time.

SWEETNSPICY (8) will enjoy coming back in grade and the prior form was sound. Drawn to get a trail so can be competitive.

RACE 7

PYRRHIC DANCER (6) has relished getting to Queensland this time in, making it two from two for the new stable when leading to score by 2.4m here last week. Draws a couple of spots wider but should be at peak fitness. Big chance to land the hat trick.

MONTEREI DUKE (4) enjoyed the switch to Queensland when he did some work but drew clear to score by more than 8m here last week. Can go forward again from a similar draw and keep the ball rolling.

COLBY ART (2) chased Pyrrhic Dancer home when runner up last week and another good draw can see him in the mix.

MULLUM DOC (9) may need a touch of luck from this draw but has claims off a Redcliffe placing two back.

RACE 8

LUXURY LAD (1) is working up to another win having led from this same draw and stuck on to go under by less than 3m here last week. Expect him to hold the lead again and prove hard to catch.

WINDY HILL WALLY (8) is going well having won the last two times he raced here, digging deep to get home by a nose last time out. Drawn to get a nice trail so has strong claims again.

ART JESTER (6) was a winner here last month and looks close to another success after a respectable third from this same barrier at his most recent appearance.

ESCOBAR (3) has easily won a trial since the last outing and is nicely drawn so can bounce back.
