RACE 1

ITSALLANDOVER (7) brings some strong form to the table and performed well in a similar race to this last week when runner up from this same handicap. Owns a decent record at this circuit and has winning claims. JUST CALL ME MOLLY (3) got the better of Itsallandover when scoring a commanding victory by close to 10m here last week. Starts from the same mark and if she performs to that level again will be hard to stop. ITSARAPT (6) was let down by manners last start but was placed behind Itsallandover last month so can be competitive with his A-game. KOHLI TROUBLE (4) was solid enough when fifth at his second Australian outing and could be ready to show more.

RACE 2

NORTIE NORTIE (7) has taken on stronger company of late and has produced some good efforts. This is the easiest race he has tackled since resuming with a win at this circuit last month. Well placed so can overcome the wide draw. GLENEAGLE REIGN (5) headed to the paddock off a string of wins and placings, highlighted by a second in the Group 3 Queensland Trotters Derby in July. Owns a consistent record and could make a winning return. CEEPEEKAY (1) is a newcomer to the Butler yard from NZ having ended last prep with a third at Cambridge. Draws the ace and is capable of a forward showing while fresh. KENNY KEKO (6) put together a series of wins and placings before a long stint on the sidelines. Has trialled so keep her safe.

RACE 3

BOBBY WATERHOUSE (2) has the hoof on the till having finished runner up in all three starts since arriving from NZ, last time leading in a higher-graded race and sticking on to finish 3.5 metres from the winner. Eases back in grade and draws well again so gets his chance. R ELEVEN ART (6) showed plenty of fight to score after racing parked at the most recent appearance at this circuit and distance, getting home by a nose. Draws a few spots wider but is in good form. ITZ CHEROKEE JACK (3) scored from the back line two back before placing from a wide barrier last week. Steps up in grade but is aided by a better barrier. BANGKOK DEEJAY (7) is in the mix again having come from this same barrier for a last-start win by 6 metres at this venue and distance.

RACE 4

TAPTHEKEG (2) continues to perform well with a string of placings to his name, most recently coming from a wide barrier for a second at this circuit. Likely to get all the favours from this low draw so gets his chance to break through. There was plenty to like about the latest effort of LETS GET SHORTY (8) when beaten less than 5m into third. Shouldn't spend a penny from this draw and the sprint lane may come in handy. Contender. BRAEVIEW FELLA (10) cops a second row draw but has been racing well and is good enough to measure up in this line-up. LANCELOT BROMAC (1) gets the ace draw again and his best efforts are good enough to see him in the finish.

RACE 5

KULANI COURAGE (4) has been racing well since a Redcliffe win last month and was luckless last week when he was severely checked and broke but recovered for a close third. Came off the back row there so will appreciate the front line draw. Big chance. YANKEE C J (7) looks close to another win having placed in two of his last three starts at this circuit, last week coming from the back row and racing parked for a 1.2m second. Draws out but with a touch of luck can break through. MAJOR MONDO (10) did some work from a similar barrier for a last-start win by 1.5 metres at Redcliffe. Races well here so can make an impact. FANTASY BLASTER (1) was only 2m away when he drew this barrier two back. Go well.

RACE 6

KING VANCE (9) is a progressive pacer who resumes after winning his two starts of the maiden campaign, both of them coming at this circuit and distance. Likely to have developed further with maturity and will be ready to go off a trial win so can pick up where he left off. LEITHEN BURN (7) draws out but will enjoy dropping to this grade having tackled stronger company of late. Has early speed so can get across the field. ETERNAL GOLD (5) draws a couple of spots wider than last week but there was plenty of merit in that performance when he finished a 1.8m second. JILLIBY JACKPOT (3) hasn't been far away of late and a favourable draws brings him into calculations.

RACE 7

Lightly-raced and progressive former Kiwi OUR INDIFFERENCE (8) kicked off in Australia with an easy win from this barrier here two back then drew wider on the back row last time and worked but stuck on for second. Things should pan out well for him from this draw. Top chance. SHEZA CRACKER (2) has produced two nice efforts since a win at this venue last month. Has the speed to be prominent from the low draw. Go well. ANGELSHAVTIME (6) is lightly raced with upside and must be considered after she finished a 2.5m third from the back row here last time. JUSTROLLINGAROUND (4) has been solid in her two outings at this circuit since a Redcliffe placing. Can be competitive.

RACE 8

KASH US BACK (3) didn't perform to market expectations last week but had been going very well before that with two wins and a second from his previous three starts in this grade. Aided by a good draw so prepared to give him another chance. Most of the recent outings of OBI ONE (1) have been from wider barriers and he was unlucky when held up two back but he gets the ace draw today and won the last time he started from there so expect big improvement. COMMODORE JUJON (8) hasn't had the best of luck with draws of late but should get a nice trail from the inside of the back row so can make an impact. DESPONDENT (9) is also in the mix.
