RACE ONE

THERESACHANCE (1)
is staring down a hat-trick of victoried after overcoming gate 6 at the 2040 two starts back and following that with an all the way effort from this gate with 5m to spare. A strong conveyance when allowed to dictate, he has the gate to lead them up and look to see them out.

CHEETAH LODGE (7) was a winner from the pocket trail here three starts back when camped on the leader and rattling through the gap to take a 5m margin. Strong to the line over the latter stages last start after retreating from gate 6, he maps for the stalking trip here and will try to poach a victory.

RACE TWO

RACE FIVE

STARS OF AMERICA (2) has been hampered by bad alleys in recent starts, his past three from the second line. Too far back in each of those, he showed some early hustle at HQ four runs back when chasing. From this gate against this opposition, he looks to have found the right set up.

SCHOOBY (4) rolled forward from outside the front-line last start and taking control was trying to fight them off when fading to a midfield finish. Despite the tricky gate, he can get forward to issue a challenge.

AROONA (5) held on for the bronze two starts back when resuming from a spell. Despite a wide gate, he can be chiming in here to chase some minor money.

FEEL THE THRILL (8) looks set to enjoy the prefect trail in the early stages. Trying to fight them off from the front last start, the right trip can see him in the mix.

CALL ME TRISH (5) faces the tricky gate but might just have the edge to put this opposition away. A winner here three starts back when finishing over the top of them from the 1x1 trail, she has faced second line barriers at her past two starts. Back to the up to NR40 grade, she can cash in.
