RACE ONE

A cracking race to open what shapes as a great night of racing and the flying WISPER A SECRET (4) can look to chalk up another one here. Lit up from gate 7 to get across and lead throughout I a slick mile last start, he has the versatility to play this as it unfolds and chase four in a row.

MOSSDALE TERRY (1) was first to the poles from gate 2 last start and then took cover on WISPER A SECRET when holding on for the silver, beaten 3m. Claiming a 3m margin as an odds on fav the start prior, he has the gate to tuck in behind and issue the closing challenge.

FOR REAL LIFE (6) bounced back to winning form last start from an unlikely position, accelerating sharply through a gap to score. The wider gate suggests he will be working.

O B LEGAL (8) was a winner here two starts back when darting through on the passing lane to arrive. Another soft trip can see him take the short way home to grab a minor.

SELECTIONS: WISPER A SECRET (4), MOSSDALE TERRY (1), FOR REAL LIFE (6), O B LEGAL (8)
SUGGESTED BET: WISPER A SECRET (4) to win

RACE TWO

A winner at three of his four starts for the new stable, MYDADSAID (5) had the speed to power home over the top of them last start, taking a head margin on BOBBY WATERHOUSE. Strong to the line the start prior, he is going well enough to arrive here.

ALTA EQUUS (3) Forced the issue here three starts back and taking control was able to stave off the challengers to score. Holding the bronze at his next start behind SAINT VERAN, he was not far away last start after a luckless trip. He can get forward to issue a challenge.

COLLECT A DIME (10) has been super consistent of late and last start was exposed early from gate 4 before pressing to the front and then was only nabbed in the last strides. He can feature.

NICKS PICK (1) is at risk of being shuffled back from this alley. The closer he can be to the leader, the higher his stocks will rise in the run to descend on them.

SELECTIONS: MYDADSAID (5), ALTA EQUUS (3), COLLECT A DIME (10), NICKS PICK (1)
SUGGESTED BET: MYDADSAID (5) to win

RACE THREE

This is a stacked edition of the Breeders, and it looks likely to be keen and willing early. DELE ROW (2) started in red figures last start from gate 3 and taking control had the power on but was collared in the last strides in a blanket finish. He can look to see them off.

CHICAGO BART (5) was sent forward soon after the start in the APG Final and made the most of some early action to take control and then pull clear to a 9 margin. Having an early dip for the front at his next start and then finishing 3m from THE JANITOR, he has been freshened for this.

ELLIS STREET (3) fired out from gate 3 last start and rolling in front was able to lay out a new PB of 1.52.3 with the win. He will be firing up early to get in the mix.

HOT ROD HARRY (1) was drawn this gate in the APG Final three starts back and was crossed easily and then struck trouble. Bouncing back at his next start, if he can sort the start, the gate will be a help.

SELECTIONS: DELE ROW (2), CHICAGO BART (5), ELLIS STREET (3), HOT ROD HARRY (1)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE FOUR

Making her first appearance here at The Creek, ITS EBONYNIVORY (10) brings the right form lines to overcome the tough gate. Asked to sit parked last start over the Menangle mile, she was in for the fight when 2m from the top mare MAJOR DELIGHT. Her class can shine.

MISS MUCHO (2) was a winner two starts back when overcoming a wide gate and defeating the boys at the 2138 with a smart victory. Fading after sitting parked at her next start, her chances ended soon after the start here last week. From this gate she gets the chance to throw it down.

VINDICATE (4) has been super consistent and was strong to the line again last week to make it 14 from 16 this season in the top-three. Positioning cheaply will help her chances of chiming in.

MYRA DAWN (8) will likely be locked away at some point from this gate as the field fills their positions. Powering home over the top of them last start, she will be probing here.

SELECTIONS: ITS EBONYNIVORY (10), MISS MUCHO (2), VINDICATE (4), MYRA DAWN (8)
SUGGESTED BET: ITS EBONYNIVORY (10) to win

RACE FIVE

Returning from a NSW Oaks campaign where she made the Final, RYLEE RHAYNE BOW (3) looks to have enough edge on her rivals here. Taking them all the way from gate 6 here three starts back before heading South, she can power up early and see them off.

MERRY JEWEL (2) was trying to make a late play here last time out when finishing 3m from the winner QUIK CHANGE which darted up the passing lane. Releasing and then holding on for the bronze three back behind ATTACHMENT, she should get the ideal trip to earn good place money.

REASON TO SHINE (4) has two factors in her favour as she attacks this in good form. A winner twice and runner-up twice in four runs this prep, she snares an improved gate and gets back to her own age and sex.

MAJORITA JUJON (8) as midfield in the APG Final last start off the back of a checkered passage. Under 2m from SOAP OPERA the start prior, a cheap pole trip will help her podium claims.

SELECTIONS: RYLEE RHAYNE BOW (3), MERRY JEWEL (2), REASON TO SHINE (4), MAJORITA JUJON (8)
SUGGESTED BET: Exotics 3 / 2-4 / 2-4-8-11

RACE SIX

Pressing on to find the front last start, KICKATINALONGPONY (3) was out of tokens and under siege when swamped in the closing stages. Runner-up in both prior starts, is effort when working home from back in the pack two runs back was strong and he can get forward here.

BACK TO BETOOTA (7) was a winner two starts back when darting back to the passing lane and arriving on the wire. Charging late to get within a half-neck of the winner two starts back, he is afforded no favours from this gate, but can look to issue a challenge.

MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (1) should secure the prefect trip in behind the speed here and be awaiting the passing lane to take his shot of landing some money.

COLBY (5) makes the trip for New England based Greg Coney and brings a last start Newcastle victory in a career PB. Positioning cheaply will be key to his podium chances.

SELECTIONS: KICKATINALONGPONY (3), BACK TO BETOOTA (7), MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (1), COLBY (5)
SUGGESTED BET: KICKATINALONGPONY (3) to win

RACE SEVEN

Two from two thus far in her career, COOL AND CLASSY (3) lands the right gate to maintain the unbeaten run. Scoring against older horses on debut, she franked the effort with victory in the Changeover Classic. She looks to have the class to claim the threepeat.

ISLA ROCHELLE (1) made her debut back in March when sent forward from gate 3 to find the front and once in control was never in danger in posting a 2m margin. With a pair of trials top open the pipes, she has the right gate to issue a challenge.

REDS ABLAZE (6) eased early before moving around to sit parked in the Changeover Classic and was giving to the wire in holding 2nd. Winning both previous starts, the gate makes it a tough ask.

SEASIDE GLORY (7) is afforded no favours from this gate as she tackles it fresh up from the Nutrien Heats where she was best of the chasing pack behind the star FATE AWAITS. Tackling her won sex helps to some extent.

SELECTIONS: COOL AND CLASSY (3), ISLA ROCHELLE (1), REDS ABLAZE (6), SEASIDE GLORY (7)
SUGGESTED BET: COOL AND CLASSY (3) to win

RACE EIGHT

It has been a mixed bag in three starts for OUR SWEET DELIGHT (5) who was a beaten fav on debut behind UDDERLY SWEET. Gaining redemption second up with a smart all the way performance, he struck trouble in the Changeover Classic as an odds-on fav. If he brings the A game, he will be hard to stop.

FRENCH FRIES (4) was faced with gate 7 last start and struck trouble in the run, ending his chances. Taking them all the way two starts back at his second career start, he was runner-up to OUR SWEET DELIGHT on debut after being shuffled to three back. He has the talent to challenge.

UDDERLY SWEET (6) has gone about his business in three starts to date, winning on debut from the front end and then placing in both subsequent runs. The wide gate stings for this.

GREAT ACHIEVER (9) broke maiden ranks with a win at Redcliffe and followed that with a tidy 2nd when under 2m from REDS ABLAZE from the second line. He can be chiming in late.

SELECTIONS: OUR SWEET DELIGHT (5), FRENCH FRIES (4), UDDERLY SWEET (6), GREAT ACHIEVER (9)
SUGGESTED BET: OUR SWEET DELIGHT (5) to win

RACE NINE

An open FFA contest where there could be a tactical battle with the main players all seemingly drawn wider. Luckless last start, MANILA PLAYBOY (6) was shuffled back along the inside and when seeing space in the stretch, charged through to almost grab an unlikely victory. Tempo will aid his chances of powering home over the top.

DEUS EX (7) is afforded no favours from this gate and will be relying on some factors, with tempo an important consideration. Sent to sit parked in the middle stages last start, he looked set to hold them off until NORTHVIEW HUSTLER nabbed him right on the wire. He can throw it down again.

NORTHVIEW HUSTLER (8) sat back off a hot tempo last start and when produced, charged hard to swoop home over the top of them. With the second line options, he can be making a closing raid again here.

SEND IT (5) was a winner from the tapes here three starts back when defying a 30m impost to arrive. A tough 2nd when beaten a head behind TURN IT UP at his next start, he can feature again.

SELECTIONS: MANILA PLAYBOY (6), DEUS EX (7), NORTHVIEW HUSTLER (8), SEND IT (5)
SUGGESTED BET: MANILA PLAYBOY (6) to win

RACE TEN

Just the front line for this mobile trot to close the night where GUS (7) can look to bounce back following a last start error. Too slick for them here two starts back from this same gate at the mile, he can watch it unfold before taking his shot.

FUNNY FACE (4) tackled a G1 mile at Menangle last start and from gate 1 chased home to finish midfield behind IM READY JET. Fading after a tough trip here two starts back, she can get forward and limiting the early workload secures her chance to challenge.

VAN SANK (5) resumes from a spell after his last appearance in the G1 Hammerhead at Menangle where he held 4th behind the star CALLMETHEBREEZE. He might need the hit out.

ADELLE (6) started from gate 7 here two starts back and was sent forward early but could not s it out when 5th as GUS arrived. Off 30m from the tapes last week, returning to the mobile helps.

SELECTIONS: GUS (7), FUNNY FACE (4), VAN SANK (5), ADELLE (6)
SUGGESTED BET: GUS (7) to win
