Gold Coast Turf Club meeting transferred to Polytrack

Racing Queensland advises the race meeting scheduled for Saturday August 31 on the course proper at the Gold Coast Turf Club, has now been transferred to the Polytrack.

The change has necessitated amendments to some races and distances on the program. They are:

• Class 4 Handicap 1200m, is now a Benchmark 62 Handicap 1200m;
• Benchmark 65 Handicap 1800m, is now Benchmark 68 Handicap 1540m;
• Class 1 Handicap 1400m, is now Benchmark 55 Handicap 1540m;
• Class 1 Handicap 1000m, is now 1050m;
• Ratings Band 0 – 58 Handicap 1800m, is now Benchmark 58 Handicap 1900m;
• Maiden Plate (Set Weights) 1400m, is now 1540m;
• Maiden Plate (Set Weights) 1000m, is now a Maiden Handicap 1100m; and
• 3yo Benchmark 65 Handicap 1000m, is now a 3yo Maiden Plate (Set Weights) 1050m.
