Racing Queensland confirms that the race meetings scheduled for Oak Park Race Club on Friday, July 4 and Saturday, July 5 have been abandoned due to wet weather causing the track to be unsuitable for racing.
A further inspection this morning confirmed that there is no chance of the track drying sufficiently to race.
RQ is looking at a potential contingency option at another track in the Far North region for Saturday, July 5.
Stakeholders will be kept abreast of developments in this regard.
