Extension of 14-race card trial period

Racing Queensland has advised that the trial period for the 14-race card meetings at The Q will be extended.
Following consultation between the Queensland Greyhound Racing Club, the Queensland Racing Integrity Commission, and RQ, the trial period will now conclude at the end of November 2025.
This decision provides further opportunity for thorough analysis of the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the expanded race cards.
Industry participants are encouraged to continue sharing feedback to support ongoing improvements. All comments and suggestions can be directed to grading@racingqueensland.com.au.
