Form Analysis: Redcliffe October 1

RACE 1 

MADRIGAL (9) secured a good run on the leaders back last start behind Soap Opera and was running on powerfully late in a fast last quarter. She appears to be dropping back a long way in grade into this race and should be closing off strongly again.

KASH US BACK (7) should get a good run through on the back of a horse that has good gate speed. He was running on late last start from this same draw running third behind Gotta Hav me and Bev The Goat. With luck he can figure in the finish.

LENNY LINCOLN (2) has gate speed and may look to press forward in this race and find a prominent position. His latest win came at this track when securing a good run before running over the top late. 

BLUE SUEDE ROCKA (8) was forced to do the work in a race with less depth last start when beaten by Rock Hammer. He is likely to have derived benefit from that run and should be thereabouts in this race appearing likely to get a good run through early.

RACE 2 

DREAM MELODY (1) should have enough speed to drive through and lead this race in the early stages. She generally runs her best races when able to find the lead and appears to get every chance in this race from the good draw.

BOLD MEDLEY JUJON (4) was left without cover over the 2040 last start and found things too tough fading into 6^th. He may be forced to do the work again in this race but is likely to appreciate a step back to the 1780.

MAYWYN TROUBADOUR (9) was a winner at this track three starts ago when being suited by a good early tempo which allowed him to run over the top late and score. He appears likely to secure a similar run in this race off the speed and should be running into it late again.

DIPPED IN SILVER (7) should get a good run through at the start on the back of Dream Melody. He was able to use the sprint lane to score three starts ago securing a similar run to the one he is likely to secure in this race.

RACE 3

TRACER BULLET (8) showed good gate speed last start to find the front before running along even sections and proving a decisive winner. He was running on well late into fifth his previous run at Albion Park and appears to be a horse on the improve despite being in the twilight of his career. 

TAYLORS FOUR (4) three starts ago found the breeze and proved too strong for them at Marburg over the 2200. She may be forced to do the work again in this race but has the key barrier draw advantage on her rivals and is likely to look to maintain that.

GOODOLDBOYSANDBEER (10) worked hard in the breeze last start outside of Studleigh Mark and was able to run a competitive third to Grigora who secured a soft run behind the leader. It looks a tricky set up for him to get into his favoured position up on speed if that’s a position Taylors Four elects to hold.

OCTOBER RACKETEER (9) was a winner two starts ago at Marburg when showing good gate speed to lead before leading all the way. He then had less favours in running last start.

RACE 4 

JOANS RISING STAR (8) drops back a long way in grade into this race having taken on smart mare Tremendous Sensation last start when not beaten far in fourth. She should secure a good run off the speed in this race and if the race is run to suit she can be running on late. 

EYE SEE THESEASIDE (6) sat without cover last start at this track and proved too good for them racing away from My Ultimate Mario to score a dominant win. She is likely to be forced a long way back in the field in this race or to do plenty of work from the wide gate which may make it tough for her.

SEA FURY (3) has been a much improved horse his last few efforts including a good second last start when running on strongly into second behind the in-form Reds Star Deal. He has very good gate speed and if he was able to lead he would be hard to beat.

MY ULTIMATE MARIO (9) got a long way back in the run last start and was doing his best work late running through the line well. He should settle closer this time from the back row draw and will be hard to hold out late if the race is run to suit.

RACE 5

IMPERIOUS (2) didn’t have much luck last start when unable to cross and was then left without cover in a race they ran an even tempo which made it difficult for horses off the pegs. He should be able to work to the lead this time and is likely to be hard to catch off recent efforts.

SHADYS DELIGHT (3) has been well beaten in his two latest efforts. He didn’t have much luck last start when getting a long way back in the run. He should get a run closer to the speed in this race from a better draw and can be running on late. 

SPORTS BOUNTY (7) draws awkwardly inside the back row but does appear the class runner of the race in this field. He put in a good effort two starts ago when left without cover before battling on well to run second. Will need luck at the right time.

GIDUP CAPTAIN (9) was doing his best work through the line last start when running on from the back of the field at Albion Park. He was a winner in his latest outing at Redcliffe when running on best late to score. Will be hoping for a genuine early tempo which could bring him into the race.

RACE 6 

THE BLUE WREN (2) has good early speed and should be able to lead this race. She has a good record when able to find her way to the front and should prove hard to beat again in this field.

JUSTROLLINGAROUND (7) draws inside the back row and will be relying on luck at the right time to get into the clear. She generally goes well when saved up for one run at them and could be suited in this race from this draw. She secured a good run last start and was well beaten. Can bounce back.

SINGER SNAP (1) should secure a good run in this race on the back of likely leader The Blue Wren. She seems to go quite well racing on the fence with something to follow and should be in the placings somewhere if she’s able to bring her best in this race.

RIGHTYO (8) was first up from a spell last start when he got a long way back and was doing his best work through the line late. He will find this company much easier and should be better for the run there first up.

RACE 7

SHES ALLABOUTLUV (7) was a dominant winner when first up in QLD last start at Albion Park. She finds another very suitable race and should be winning again despite the awkward draw.

SAFETOSAYIMFANCY (2) is having her first run for a new stable in this race and draws favourable in gate 2. She can look to press forward early and if she was able to find the fence she should run a competitive race.

RALLY AROUND (4) was a good winner three starts ago before having less luck in his most recent starts. Given a poor draw in a strong field he will need the right run to figure. 

MILI MARINA (3) broke maiden status last start when zipping off the gate to hold the lead before taking them all the way. She looks to draw awkwardly this time in what appears a tougher race. Looks one for the minor money.

RACE 8

MOONSHINE MILLY (5) got a long way back in the run early last start in a race that wasn’t run to suit. He was running on strongly late and ran well to get into second. He faces another wide draw in this race and may look to find a more forward position this time.

MY SWEET ELISE (1) showed good ability in her first campaign while doing plenty wrong in her races. She draws well in this race but having done a few things wrong at the start she may be shuffled back early. She has the ability to figure with the right run.

MUM SAID SO (3) has good early speed and showed that recently when leading most the way running second at this track. If she is able to lead again in this race she looks one of the better chances. 

WRITTENINTHESTARZZ (6) was well beaten last start when doing plenty of work from a wide gate. He draws wide again here and may be forced to do work at some stage.
