Form Analysis: Albion Park November 11

11 November 2025

RACE ONE

Taking benefit from the last start return, GLOBAL FLIGHT (4) should tighten from the run. Faced with a 30m tape when resuming at Marburg, the effort was solid when just behind the placings and with good speed off the arm, can settle forward to stake a claim for victory.

 CALL ME TROUBLE (7)
is a riddle wrapped in an enigma, and can be a hard watch. At his best this would be a race within his reach and trotting cleanly can throw down the challenge. Making errors last time at Marburg, sectionally the performance was off the charts. Manners!

 SON OF A SUN (5)
is a smart beginner that can be pressing forward early for position. Faced with a second line gate last time when midfield, pressing forward here can see him feature.

 KODA DA MODA (3)
was chasing in vain last start as GUS was too classy for his opponents. Runner-up to MCGEE at Marburg the start prior, the right trip will assist her hopes.

SELECTIONS: GLOBAL FLIGHT (4), CALL ME TROUBLE (7), SON OF A SUN (5), KODA DA MODA (3)
SUGGESTED BET: GLOBAL FLIGHT (4) to win

RACE TWO

On the back-up from Saturday night, WAMBOYNEINAMERICA (3) finds the right gate to make it a rinse and repeat job. Pressing on to take control in that last start, once dictating the field was left in his wake as he ripped home a 53.5 closing half. From the gate he can press on again.

 ALBY TWO CHAINS (6)
finds his way to another stable, his fourth this year, joining Matt Elkins barn following a last start 2nd at Globe Derby back in July. Not sighted in public since that performance, the small field is in his favour here first up and a more than capable performer stays under a big watch.

 ARGENT PEAK (2)
has finished at the rear of the pack at his past two outings, both times when forced to park out. With the chance to find a more economical trip, he can turn things around here.

SELECTIONS: WAMBOYNEINAMERICA (3), ALBY TWO CHAINS (6), ARGENT PEAK (2)
 SUGGESTED BET:
WAMBOYNEINAMERICA (3) to win

RACE THREE

Making his first appearance in the Sunshine State here last Thursday, OUR DICKIE BART (8) was too strong despite starting from outside the second line. Making a three-wide move, he was too strong for the opposition with a 5m margin on the line. Despite an awkward gate this time, he can chase the repeat.

 BRITTS MATE (6)
had wide gates in successive runs when resuming from a spell owing to an ODM embargo. Making good metres to the line when second up at Redcliffe, that was franked when descending on them to score at this trip last start. Despite the gate, tempo will help.

 MACS A DUDE (7)
loomed last time out at Redcliffe when finishing 2nd from a second line barrier. Grabbing the bronze here two starts back, look for him running on late.

 WHYKIKAMOOCOW (1)
was not suited from a wide gate last time at Redcliffe. Runner-up here two starts back via the passing lane, he has the gate to chase minor money again here.

SELECTIONS: OUR DICKIE BART (8), BRITTS MATE (6), MACS A DUDE (7), WHYKIKAMOOCOW (1)
 SUGGESTED BET:
OUR DICKIE BART (8) to win

RACE FOUR

VOLTAIN (6) is a consistent mare that has placed at the past four in succession, the latest when 3rd, albeit a long way behind NORTHERN HEIGHTS. Runner-up from a 20m impost three starts back after showing early speed off the mark, a return to the front tape can be the catalyst for victory.

 WHIRLWIND WILBUR (11)
started from this same handicap last time out when finding a fence trip and owning superior closing speed to pull clear for an 8m margin in the stretch. A winner three back when also off 20m, the same conditions against similar opposition should see him challenging.

 EN MASSE (1)
got it all wrong last time at Marburg and should appreciate a return to the big deck for this assignment. Runner-up when releasing here three starts back, she is in the mix.

 MORE SURPRISES (12)
was off a 50m tape last time and hit the line in good order when under 9m from the winner. Back to 30m is a big lift against some of her opposition from last time.

SELECTIONS: VOLTAIN (6), WHIRLWIND WILBUR (11), EN MASSE (1), MORE SURPRISES (12)
 SUGGESTED BET:
VOLTAIN (6) to win

RACE FIVE

Relying on some factors in her favour, if LULU LUCIFER (8) can secure the right trip, she might just land a winning shot. Finishing best to score at Redcliffe last start, they will be sweating on holding the leaders back position and from that spot, this is well within reach.

 CAPTAIN DAN (1)
is the query runner, lining up first up for the Elkins stable off the back of spell. Winless in over 18 months and coming into this with no public trial hit out, the inside gate is the first win, and the market watch will be crucial.

 LA SABINA (4)
has been placed at her past two starts, the latest when making some late metres for the bronze at Redcliffe. Strong to the line from the second line two back, she is a podium hope.

 LLANFAIR LLEWELLAN (6)
should appreciate this opposition following four unplaced runs since winning in similar company five runs back. Positioning cheaply will assist his claims.

SELECTIONS: LULU LUCIFER (8), CAPTAIN DAN (1), LA SABINA (4), LLANFAIR LLEWELLAN (6)
 SUGGESTED BET:
LULU LUCIFER (8) win/place

RACE SIX

Early position will be key for CULLECTINGCARDLES (4) and with a last start victory to her name over the Redcliffe 2040, this is her chance to land an elusive AP victory. Grinding out a tough win on The Triangle last start when parked, her record on this deck is the obvious concern in a tricky contest.

 BUDDY PERFECT (9)
fired some early bullets last start when looking for a forward spot at Redcliffe and was exposed early before receiving cover. Runner-up two back in a strong last 800, he can trail through early and with the right trip finds the conditions to issue a challenge.

 MY ULTIMATE COSSIE (1)
secures mapping favours from this gate which puts him in the right position to feature. Only a neck from the in-form BETTORS MOON last start, he is a podium hope.

 ROCKTIME (5)
was snagged back from a wide gate last start at Redcliffe and never warmed up over the latter stages. A winner at this track and trip in his past five, he is not without a chance.

SELECTIONS: CULLECTINGCARDLES (4), BUDDY PERFECT (9), MY ULTIMATE COSSIE (1), ROCKTIME (5)
 SUGGESTED BET:

RACE SEVEN

Sent around from the second line and having a look for the front, IM LORD TOMMY (2) was denied that position and was able to receive cover. Unable to go on with it over the closing stages of the 2138 event, he looks much better suited to the conditions here.

 FITZROY (5)
gives away plenty of experience to his rivals here, but is a 2YO that looks to have his share of talent. Forced to sit parked when resuming from a spell in his first appearance in Qld, the effort was strong when 3m from the winner STRIPES. He can issue the challenge here.

 DEE TERROR (3)
comes to HQ for the first time since arriving with the Hutchinson barn. Only a head from ARNOLD STREET two starts back, five of his six Redcliffe starts have been off the second line. A big gate improvement here will help.

 CAPTAIN NEMO (6)
added another minor to the tally last start when chasing through along the inside after starting off the second line. Placed in four of his past five, he can be thereabouts once more.

SELECTIONS: IM LORD TOMMY (2), FITZROY (5), DEE TERROR (3), CAPTAIN NEMO (6)
 SUGGESTED BET:
IM LORD TOMMY (2) to win

RACE EIGHT

A middle-distance standing start contest to close the card where DISTRICTY ATTORNEY (9) is on the short back-up from Saturday night. Showing some good closing speed to grab the silver behind FOR REAL LIFE, his efforts in three standing start events in the past six weeks are enough to prosecute a case for him to overturn a long winless streak.

 HECTOR (7)
has faced second line gates in his past two mobile appearances, the latest when midfield behind THE JANITOR. Not much was in his favour the start prior behind ARODA and while he will face the 20m tape, with a safe beginning, he finds the line up to challenge.

 ALTA SENSATION (2)
has hit the board in all four attempts from behind the tapes, including an all the way victory five runs back. Just 4m from SEND IT three back, a safe start can see home feature.

 MAJOR JELLIS (3)
was safely away from the 10m tape over the 2647 last start and had an early look that was repelled. From the trail he held on for the silver and back to 2138 for this assignment can see him in the mix.

SELECTIONS: DISTRICTY ATTORNEY (9), HECTOR (7), ALTA SENSATION (2). MAJOR JELLIS (3)
 SUGGESTED BET:
DISTRICTY ATTORNEY (9) to win
