Form Analysis: Redcliffe December 17

RACE 1 

MISSED CONSEQUNCES (9) comes into this race first up for new stable having won her last start. She is versatile in this type of grade and can look to put herself into the race at the right time from the back row draw. She should be hard to beat. 

HES REGAL (1) has good gate speed and should be able to hold the lead in the early stages of the race. He was able to win when leading three starts ago before showing versatility two back when running on over the top late. 

PRINCE JOY (7) should get a good run through on the back of Hes Regal who is likely to hold a forward position in the race. He ran well last start when finishing third and should be thereabouts again.

ROCK IT BABY (8) was forced to race wide on the track last start and was still able to battle on strongly to finish third not beaten far. He was a winner four starts ago when finishing best to score and can look to do the same again in this race.

RACE 2 

PLATINUM JEWEL (5) got back off the speed last start and was able to sweep around the field to score a dominant win. She appears to find a race that might be marginally tougher but should get a good run off the speed and can be running on late again.

RADIANT AMBER (8) scored an impressive win last start when running over the top late to score. She has been in excellent form and run a number of impressive placings leading into her latest win. She should be hard to beat again. 

ENGLISH DANCE (1) has good gate speed and might be able to drive through and hold a forward position in this race. He found himself a long way back last start and wasn’t able to get into it when unsuited by the slow early tempo. 

COTE DAZUR (7) comes into this race having not run for over a month which looks a query. He appears to be drawn ideally in a suitable race where he should be following a horse that will be keen to hold a forward position.

RACE 3

WINDY HILL WALLY (1) generally runs his best races at this track and trip and may be able to drive through and lead this race. The stablemate being drawn alongside does seemingly add some level of complexity to the early map.

ROCK NIEN (6) was a winner two starts ago when leading all the way before not having much luck last time out. He has a wide draw to deal with this time outside the front row and will likely need to do work at some stage to get into the race. 

CHAMONIX (8) put in a better run last start when finishing second. He should get a good run off the speed in this race and can be running into it late if the tempo suits. 

BAIL DENIED (2) has very good gate speed but is seemingly better suited racing over the shorter trips. He has four consecutive placings and has been racing well enough to figure in a race of this nature.

RACE 4 

TIGER TOMMY (5) ran on strongly last start to finish second top Denver Colorado at this track. She is seemingly at her best when sat up and saved for one run and should get that opportunity again in this race.

LOVIN MISS DIXIE (2) has been flying off the gate in recent starts and did that again last time out when leading all the way in a race there was plenty of carnage. She steps up slightly in grade into this race but looks to get a comfortable enough lead and should be a chance of leading all the way again.

ROLLYARRZ (6) has an abundance of ability but has been badly let down by his manners throughout his career and that proved to be the case again last start when ruining his chances at the start. If he can bring better manners which is certainly a significant query he will be hard to beat in this field. 

BEER MONEY (7) appeared to loom strongly last start in a race that was run ideally to suit and was a touch disappointing when only able to manage third. He seemed to struggle to get around the bend and was hanging in a lot of the straight before eventually straightening up and making up late ground. He will need luck but may be better suited on the pegs.

RACE 5

FIFTY EACH WAY (1) drew a wide gate last start and was shuffled back early before making up good ground late to get into third. She should be able to hold a forward position in this race from an ideal draw and will be hard to beat. 

GRAFFITI LANE (4) was forced to do plenty of work two starts ago and battled on well behind Major Slip Up. He then burned to the lead last start and faded out of it late. He may be better for those first two outings for his new stable and finds an easier race.

RIGHTYO (8) was able to run on strongly two starts ago to score before running well again last start. He should get a good run through early drawing to start on the back of a gate speed horse and should be hard to hold out.

BOSTON BRONSKI (9) looks likely to get a good run into the race on the back of Rightyo who has been racing well. She put in a better run last start when finishing fourth.

RACE 6 

MAJOR SLIP UP (9) appears to have a considerable class edge on his rivals in this race. He was able to bounce back to form two starts ago when winning nicely leading all the way to defeat Graffiiti Lane. He should be able to do the work and is going to be very hard to beat. 

WILLIEWA LIGHTNING (7) looks to have landed a very awkward draw inside the back row following out a horse likely to go around longer odds. If he can navigate a passage away from the inside at some stage he should be hard to beat in this race. 

JILLIBY TSUNAMI (6) has been in good form having scored an impressive all the way victory two starts ago when leading all of the way before not having as much last time out. He draws poorly in this race but looks to have each way claims.

FEELING THE POWER (3) has a good draw in this race where he may be able to press forward and potentially find the lead in the early stages. He may not quite be in good enough form to lead all the way in this type of race but could be a hope for the minor money.

RACE 7

MALIBU DREAM (6) got back in the run last start and hit the line powerfully late when nabbing second. She was a winner her start prior and despite the wide draw in this race if there is any tempo she should be running on strongly again.

TACKAS LAST DANCE (5) is likely to get back in the run and be running on late which will see her relying on a genuine early tempo in the race. She ran on strongly into second two starts ago and ran well again last start finishing fourth. 

SUNNY COVE (4) ran third two starts ago before running a solid fifth last time out. He draws awkwardly in this race but does have very good gate speed and may elect to press forward early.

THE CASUAL GOOSE (9) doesn’t have the best numerical form in the race but she does drop in grade and is likely to find this a lot easier than her latest outing when beaten by Hes Regal. She should be running on strongly late.

RACE 8

WICKED MACK (8) has been knocking on the door of a maiden victory and finds a very suitable race. He has been forced to do the work his last two starts and has still been good enough to figure in the placings. He may need to do the work in this race but looks capable off his recent starts.

TIGER ATTACK (7) should get a reasonable run through in the early stages of this race. Ran a solid second when sitting off the pegs in the run four starts ago. He looks likely to get a good run through on the back of Rocknroll Knight and with luck in running he has winning claims. 

ROCKNROLL KNIGHT (1) ran well last start behind the main fancies in the race at Marburg which was taken out by Laneys Last. She draws ideally in what appears to be a very moderate maiden and should be in the finish with the right run.

THREEOEIGHT (9) has been badly out of form in recent starts having previously looked close to a maiden win a number of times. His best is good enough for a maiden of this nature but he will need to find some of his better form to be a winning hope.

RACE 9
FLORAS FOLLY (5) was a winner last start of a maiden and will be looking to go back-to-back in this race from a less favourable draw.   She showed good gate speed to find the lead last start and may elect to press forward again in this race to find a prominent position in running.

GOODTIME DOLLY (1) was in moderate form last time in when putting in a few solid runs in what might’ve been slightly stronger races. She has good gate speed and should be able to drive through and lead this race in the early stages before having options from there.

JOVIAL JODI (2) was forced to do the work on debut last start and battled on well enough to finish third. She is likely to have derived plenty of benefit from that outing and from another good draw should be thereabouts again.

RANGER RON (7) ran well last start at Marburg when sitting off the pegs and running on late. He gets the services of Nathan Dawson in this race which may seem him further improve.
