Mount Isa Race Club meeting abandoned

Racing Queensland advises that the meeting scheduled for Mount Isa Race Club on Saturday, February 21 has been abandoned due to continued rainfall and flooding in the region.
Currently, road closures caused by flooding are preventing participants access to this meeting, and with further rain forecast today, Friday and Saturday there is no prospect of the meeting going ahead on Saturday.
RQ will now consider options over the coming weeks, and advise in due course. Participants have been advised via SMS.
