Racing Queensland confirms that following the abandonment of the Einasleigh Race Club meeting on Saturday, April 4, a replacement meeting has been scheduled at the Cairns Jockey Club on the same day.
The meeting will be a TAB meeting.
The program is as follows:
- Open Handicap, 950m, $14k;
- FNQ Up & Coming Stayers Benchmark 65 Handicap, 1500m, $15k;
- Benchmark 60 Handicap, 950m, $14k;
- QTIS Ratings Band 0 -50 Handicap, 1250m, $14k;
- Maiden Plate (Set Weights), 1500m, $14k;
- Maiden Plate (Set Weights), 1250m, $14k.
Deadlines for the meeting are:
Nominations: Tuesday 31/3 at 11am
Acceptances: Thursday 2/4 at 9am
Jockeys: Thursday 1/4 at 12pm
