Form Analysis: Albion Park March 24

24 March 2026

RACE ONE

A 2YO event to kick off proceedings with only two runners boasting race experience. BLING YOUR A GAME (4) is a son of Bling It On making the debut off the back of a tidy trial performance when sitting parked and closing it out in smart fashion.

 PRETTY WICKED (3)
has been to the races on three occasions, missing the money in her first two before grabbing the silver last time out when trying to dictate. 3m from the winner SAN LUCA, the race experience will be a vital asset in her chances of throwing down the challenge.

 CRUNCHY TUNA (2)
made her debut last time out when eased for position and grabbing 3rd behind SAN LUCA. Settling closer will assist her chances.

 ROCKY HUNTER (5)
is a Huntsville gelding making his debut for Graham Dwyer. Appearing to do everything right in a recent trial, he was not asked for any effort.

SELECTIONS: BLING YOUR A GAME (4), PRETTY WICKED (3), CRUNCHY TUNA (2), ROCKY HUNTER (5)
SUGGESTED BET:

RACE TWO

Placed in two of four since returning this season, SITTING ON EIGHT (6) has drawn gates six or seven in all four. Firing across early last time out, he held on for the silver behind BARSBY in a slick last 800. Collared in the latter stages two starts back by JAMES ALFRED, he can get the W on the board in this contest.

 STRIPES (1)
was sent for a spell following a last start victory back in October when showing superior speed along the passing lane to arrive. With three wins and three 2nds in her 2YO term, she returns here off the back of a single trial and from the gate can challenge fresh.

 YOURSOSPECIAL (4)
has placed in three of four since returning from a spell, the latest when a beaten fav at Redcliffe behind OURBEACHGIRLMAYWYN. The right trip will assist her chances.

SELECTIONS: SITTING ON EIGHT (6), STRIPES (1), YOURSOSPECIAL (4)
 SUGGESTED BET:
SITTING ON EIGHT (6) to win

RACE THREE

Runner-up at her first Qld appearance, ALWAYSBJOY (4) then got it all wrong second up when finishing near the tail. Bouncing back to make it successive wins, the last was a UDC victory when just gripping on. Fresh up, she can complete the Three Pete.

 NITRATOR (6)
franked a smart trial performance with a first up victory where he was sent to the front and carved out an impressive 1.52.1 mile. The form has held with the 3rd placed OAKLEY SHARD a subsequent winner. With the added fitness, he will throw down the challenge.

 WILPEKA (3)
was a Redcliffe winner on debut and has placed in both starts since. Best of the chasers behind the big winner MATTEO last time out, she is a podium player once again.

 SWEET DIOR (7)
was a winner first up for the new stable and followed that with a 3rd after faced with a second line gate. The 7 stings here with some firepower drawn to the inside.

SELECTIONS: ALWAYSBJOY (4), NITRATOR (6), WILPEKA (3), SWEET DIOR (7)
 SUGGESTED BET:
ALWAYSBJOY (4) to win

RACE FOUR

Working her way back into good form, NELLIE JOY (6) capitalised here last time out when descending on them over the closing stages to post a 2m margin. Luckless from inside the second line at mobile conditions the start prior, that had followed successive 2nd placings and she can go again.

 LOOK FOR TASCOTT (7)
was making good metres over the closing stages here last start when grabbing the bronze behind NELLIE JOY. Holding on for the silver at these conditions and trip two starts back behind PIZZA PRINCE, the gate stings, but he is close to the furnished product.

 ALFIE ALWAYS (3)
faced a wide gate last time out when down the line behind PIZZA PRINCE. Beaten by that same runner the start prior, he can get handy from this gate to feature.

 INSTANT DELIGHT (9)
faced a 20m impost from the tapes last time out and was sent forward in the middle stages, when holding on for the silver. Mobile conditions help and she has claims.

SELECTIONS: NELLIE JOY (6), LOOK FOR TASCOTT (7), ALFIE ALWAYS (3), INSTANT DELIGHT (9)
 SUGGESTED BET:
NELLIE JOY (6) to win

RACE FIVE

Forced to roll the sleeves last start when sitting parked, SPORTS BOUNTY (5) was in for the fight and was grinding it out to the line when just a head from the winner. Not suited off the second line the start prior, he can force the issue here to stake claim.

 THE REAL ROCKETMAN (7)
is given no favours from outside the front line but has been in nice touch. Attacking the line strongly last time for the bronze and only 1m from the winner, he made the most of the chance to dictate three back when taking them all the way. He can challenge.

 TOMMY BLIGH (4)
claimed a UDC heat win four starts back when pressing to the front and fending off the challengers. Wide gates have stung in the past two and this looks more appealing.

 PRECOCIOUS KATE (6)
eased off gate 7 last start and was trying to make a late raid when under 3m from the winner. Grabbing the bronze behind FAVREAU two starts back, she is in the mix.

SELECTIONS: SPORTS BOUNTY (5), THE REAL ROCKETMAN (7), TOMMY BLIGH (4), PRECOCIOUS KATE (6)
 SUGGESTED BET:
SPORTS BOUNTY (5) to win

RACE SIX

An intriguing stand over the longer 2647 trip which these Tuesday stands don’t tend to be stages over. STRIKEM (1) was luckless last start when buried from inside the second line in a qualifier which followed a chasing 3rd behind COTCHINELLIE. A safe getaway and the inside lane will assist his chances.

 FATE AWAITS (2)
will step out for the first time as a 4YO under race conditions and has been given the ultimate gear change since his last race in NZ back in November. That was a 3rd behind GOT THE CHOCOLATES and MARKETPLACE and he only needs to be somewhere near fit to throw down the challenge and announce his return.

 TARGARYEN (4)
has placed at his past three in succession, the latest when making a late play on the passing lane when 3rd to TYSON. The stand start is in his favour, but the 13 furlongs is against.

SELECTIONS: STRIKEM (1), FATE AWAITS (2), TARGARYEN (4)
 SUGGESTED BET:

RACE SEVEN

Releasing the front last start to the eventual winner, MAJOR CRUNCH (8) chased in vain thereafter when 3m astern of IDEAL BRONSKI which carved out the mile in 1.51.9. Beaten in the steward’s room the start prior after crossing the line in first place, he has second line options to gain redemption.

 FRANCO MACHO (4)
has now been the bridesmaid at his past three in succession, the latest when running the winner SWEET ADDITION to a head margin. Collared in the closing stages two starts back when setting the tempo, three back he was runner-up to the main threat here.

 MY ULTIMATE COSSIE (6)
was eased from a wide gate at Redcliffe last start when trying to make a closing play and just behind the placings. Midfield to ROCK HAMMER the start prior, he can be chiming in.

 BARRETT (3)
was a beaten fav here four starts back when unplaced behind HELL OF A HAND. Hitting the board at Redcliffe in all three since, including a win in smart time, he needs to bring The Triangle form to the big deck.

SELECTIONS: MAJOR CRUNCH (8), FRANCO MACHO (4), MY ULTIMATE COSSIE (6), BARRETT (3)
 SUGGESTED BET:
MAJOR CRUNCH (8) to win

RACE EIGHT

Forced to ease for position last start at the middle trip, CHEZZ DALE (7) was chasing in vain as were most back in the pack as COTCHINELLIE had the power on up front over the middle trip. 4m from the winner the start prior, this looks like a race where he can step forward and up near the action has produced his best performances.

 GREAT ACHIEVER (8)
is on the short back-up after tackling a qualifier on Saturday night. Forced to press forward and sit parked at 2138, he was game in defeat, just missing the minor money behind BUDDY PERFECT. Runner-up to subsequent Saturday winner PATH TO GREATNESS three back, he can challenge.

 MY ULTIMATE BUDDHA (1)
took the trail from this gate last start over this same trip when just behind the money as MOONSHINER set a sizzling tempo. Beaten by wide gates in both prior attempts, he can feature here.

 MISTER REACTOR (6)
stepped up to Saturday night company last start when angled to the poles and searching for gaps in a solidly run 2138m trip. Beaten a neck the start prior, he can feature.

SELECTIONS: CHEZZ DALE (7), GREAT ACHIEVER (8), MY ULTIMATE BUDDHA (1), MISTER REACTOR (6)
 SUGGESTED BET:
CHEZZ DALE (7) to win

RACE NINE

Eased from a wide gate last time out, AUNTY FRANCES (1) was able to descend on them in the closing stages to record a narrow victory in a new career PB. Too far back from gate 6 the start prior, she secures all the options from this gate to be near the speed and repeat the W.

 MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (10)
has hit the board in seven of his past eight appearances, the latest when collared in the last strides after setting the tempo over the Redcliffe 2040. Rattling home here two starts back when beaten a pimple behind CAPTAIN NEMO, this is well within reach.

 MAN OF ACTION (8)
should secure the perfect peg trip here and be searching for the openings over the closing stages. Not suited at his past two from wide gates, he is a podium player here.

 FAVREAU (3)
has been a model of consistency in recent appearances and there was plenty of merit in the last start 3rd after carrying a flat tyre. A winner at the mile when dictating the start prior, he is right in the fight.

SELECTIONS: AUNTY FRANCES (1), MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (10), MAN OF ACTION (8), FAVREAU (3)
 SUGGESTED BET:
Exotics 1-3-8-10
