Form Analysis: Albion Park March 30

30 March 2026

RACE ONE

The gate makes it a tough ask for MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (7), but he can boast the best numerical form and should find the opposition marginally easier than recent outings. In the money at his past six in succession, he was strong to the line for the silver last start and can arrive here.

 LA SABINA (2)
worked forward from gate 6 here five runs back and finding the front was able to take them all the way with 2m to spare. Beaten 7m in each of her next two, she has been well beaten at her past two, but from this gate secures the chance to turn it around.

 SHEREACTS (1)
was runner-up at Marburg last start after being locked away on the inside from a second line gate. With the gate benefit she is a podium player in this line up.

 STUDLEIGH ANNE (5)
has started to put it together in recent starts, the latest when cashing in from the front end at Marburg. A gritty 2nd here two starts back, she is right in the fight.

SELECTIONS: MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (7), LA SABINA (2), SHEREACTS (1), STUDLEIGH ANNE (5)
SUGGESTED BET: MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (7) to win

RACE TWO

Forced to retreat last start when unable to find position from this same gate, TOMMY BLIGH (4) never warmed up over the latter stages as SPORTS BOUNTY carved it out from the front. Wide off the track the start prior at Redcliffe, positioning cheaply here can see him cash in.

PERFECT FEELING (6) goes in search of the hat-trick after successive victories at Redcliffe. Sent to the front last time out over the 2040, he fended off the challengers in posting a 2m margin. He will look to bring the form off The Triangle here to the big deck from the tough draw.

 EXPLANATION NOTED (3)
was well supported and then fired off the arm here five starts back to take control and from the front posted an 8m margin. Unplaced in all four subsequent appearances, the gate helps here.

 MISTER DELWIN (5)
took cover at Redcliffe last start and chased but could not reel in the winner PERFECT FEELING. From the tricky gate he looms as a podium player again.

SELECTIONS:
TOMMY BLIGH (4), PERFECT FEELING (6), EXPLANATION NOTED (3), MISTER DELWIN (5)
 SUGGESTED BET:
TOMMY BLIGH (4) to win

RACE THREE

Sent forward here two starts back to take control, SIGNOR JUJON (2) tried to take them all the way but had to settle for the bronze when 2m astern of the winner. Just behind the money last time at Redcliffe, he can find the front here and look to fend off the challengers.

 IDEAL TIGER (10)
burrowed through to hold them wide at Marburg last time out and from the front it was only LULU LUCIFER that was able to get past. Not too far away from the winner after racing in the pocket trail here two starts back, with the right trip he can throw it down.

 JIMMY JOYCE (5)
was down the line in two runs back from a spell before grabbing the bronze last start at Marburg from a second line gate. Finding running line cover will assist his claims.

 ALWAYS BE A TORQUE (3)
does not have great numbers in three runs back from a spell but should be able to get handy enough from the gate to chase a podium finish.

SELECTIONS: SIGNOR JUJON (2), IDEAL TIGER (10), JIMMY JOYCE (5), ALWAYS BE A TORQUE (3)
 SUGGESTED BET:
SIGNOR JUJON (2) to win

RACE FOUR

WATCH YOUR BACK (5) has had three runs for the new stable where he has been unplaced on each occasion. Each of those have been from the second line and with the chance to move to the front, it might just be enough to turn his fortunes in a wide open race.

 BLUE CHIP DANCE (6)
broke maiden ranks three starts back at Redcliffe when holding the front and taking them all the way. Unplaced in both since, they have both been from the second line, the latest behind the big winner MATTEO. Despite a tricky gate, she can challenge.

 CHEEKY BABY (8)
has a solitary placing in eight attempts here on the big deck. With the second line options as the lone runner out the back, she has podium claims.

 ROSIES BOY (4)
makes his first appearance here at HQ following a sound last start effort when chasing home behind SWEET LAD JUJON. From the gate he looms as a podium player.

SELECTIONS: WATCH YOUR BACK (5), BLUE CHIP DANCE (6), CHEEKY BABY (8), ROSIES BOY (4)
 SUGGESTED BET:

RACE FIVE

A Redcliffe winner three starts back when taking control from gate 1 and seeing them off, LENNY LINCOLN (5) has missed the money in both subsequent outings. Not suited last start from the standing start at Marburg, he finds a winnable race and with the right trip can capitalise.

 BLUE SUEDE ROCKA (7)
should find this an easier assignment than recent outings, the latest when midfield behind ROCK HAMMER. Not too far from ROCKSNGEMS the start prior at Redcliffe, he has early zip and might just be lit up off the arm to throw down the challenge.

 MISS FROUFROU (4)
was fired off the arm here last start and setting the tempo was trying to fend them off. With only QUEEN LILIBET able to get past after setting the 1.52.7 rate, she is in the mix.

 B MAC C (3)
settled in the 1x1 trail from the second line here three starts back and produced the closing speed to arrive for the prize. A similar trip here can see him right in the fight once again.

SELECTIONS: LENNY LINCOLN (5), BLUE SUEDE ROCKA (7), MISS FROUFROU (4), B MAC C (3)
 SUGGESTED BET:

RACE SIX

MIARKA (7) is given no favours from this gate but should take benefit from the latest start when resuming from a spell. Eased off the arm, it was always a big task against the tempo as OAKLEY SHARD arrived and with this against easier opponents, she can defy the gate to capitalise.

 ICANANDIWILL (4)
is on the back-up from Friday night where she faced a tough ask from a poor gate. A winner in two of her previous four starts, she rattle late on the passing lane to arrive two starts back and positioning cheaply can see her challenge in this.

 LOUISE LUCK (5)
faced a wide gate last time out and snagged off the arm, settled rearward before making late metres to grab bronze. With added fitness after two runs back, she has claims.

 BLING THE NOISE (8)
eased to the poles last time out at Redcliffe and was the best of the chasers to grab 3rd behind a two-horse breakaway secured by TWO TICKS. He is in the mix.

SELECTIONS: MIARKA (7), ICANANDIWILL (4), LOUISE LUCK (5), BLING THE NOISE (8)
 SUGGESTED BET:
MIARKA (7) to win

RACE SEVEN

After almost 12 months off the scene, SWEET CHARMER (8) returned in a race at Redcliffe where she burrowed through from gate 1 to hold the front early before fading out to miss the money. Taking benefit from that outing and with the chance to follow the speed, can be ready to strike when the gaps arrive.

 TAKING STOCK (1)
will move into gate 1 with the early scratching and connections will have the fingers and toes crossed he can bring his manners. Setting the speed and in a commanding position last start at Redcliffe, he threw it away on the home bend with an error. Banished to the trials at his past three starts, he has the ability to take this.

 PHOTO BOMB (4)
was sent around them in the early stages from the second line to sit parked at Marburg last time out when fading late to be midfield. He can be an improver here.

 DANCIN DIVA (6)
is a Dancin Lou 2YO on debut for John McMullen. Already the sire of a pair of 2YO winners, this filly trialed in a manner to suggest she can grab some minor money here.

SELECTIONS: SWEET CHARMER (8), TAKING STOCK (1), PHOTO BOMB (4), DANCIN DIVA (6)
 SUGGESTED BET:
