RACE 1

MAJIC JUJON (6) impressed last time in scoring 3 consecutive wins rating good time in her latest win when winning the Redcliffe Yearlings sales final for the 2YOs. She hit the line nicely late in a recent trial when finishing 31 metres off Toodalou. Despite the wide draw she should be hard to beat.

HIGHNMIGHTY (3) won a recent trial leading most of the way at Albion Park. She seemingly did her best work last time in when able to position herself up on speed and from a good draw in this race she should be able to do that.

SERENUS (1) has been trialling up well in preparation for her race track debut in this race. She showed gate speed in her latest trial before being shuffled back and hitting the line nicely late.

TORQUE ABOUT AWISH (5) has had one start for the one win when she was able to secure the perfect run behind Aunty Tiny and sprinted too well to score. She draws wide in this race and may get shuffled back early.

SELECTIONS: MAJIC JUJON (6), HIGHNMIGHTY (3), SERENUS (1), TORQUE ABOUT AWISH (5)

SUGGESTED BET: MAJIC JUJON (6) to win.

RACE 2

TOODALOU (4) led in a recent trial at Albion Park and was able to pull away from them late winning by a big margin and running through the line strongly. He has been improved through stepping out each time at the trials and with further progression from his latest trial he should be hard to beat on debut.

PAMPERED ART (1) took a trail on her stablemate Highnmighty in a recent trial and was able to run a nice second. She draws ideally on debut and having shown good gate speed in a recent trial she should be able to hold a position early before having options from there.

DON’T ASK AGAIN (9) was well beaten last start in a strong race at Albion Park which was taken out by Barsby in fast time. She had trialled up well enough prior to returning and dropping back into a maiden she looks much better suited.

SMOOTH TURBADIESEL (2) is a well bred Gelding by the smart former open class mare Smooth Showgirl. He has shown promise in trials running well enough in his latest trial behind stablemate Toodalou who looks quite a smart horse.

SELECTIONS: TOODALOU (4), PAMPERED ART (1), DON’T ASK AGAIN (9), SMOOTH TURBADIESEL (2)

SUGGESTED BET: TOODALOU (4) to win.

RACE 3

VINNIE NITRO (10) has been taking on stronger races than this one in recent starts. She finished seventh last start behind Needareason which looks good enough form for a race of this nature. She is usually better when not forced to do too much early work which should see her suited by the trailing draw in this race off the back row.

THE REAL VANESSA (6) led last time out at Albion Park over the 2138 and was well beaten before heading for a spell. She comes into this first up but has run well first up in the past and lands in a moderate race. She looks one of the hardest to beat.

WECANONLYDREAM (7) secured a good run just off the speed last start at Albion Park in a race taken out by Icanandiwilldo. He draws awkwardly in this race behind a 143 start maiden which may mean he needs some luck at some stage in the race to work into the clear.

PRIORITY BETTING (9) got a long way back last start and was running on late in a race taken out by Captain Foxtrot. He should secure a good run off the speed and can be running on late again.

SELECTIONS: VINNIE NITRO (10), THE REAL VANESSA (6), WECANONLYDREAM (7), PRIORITY BETTING (9)

SUGGESTED BET: VINNIE NITRO (10) to win.

RACE 4

REAL MIKI (2) ran well first up from a spell last time out finishing fourth behind Miss Bluetrump at this track. He doesn’t have a lot of gate speed but neither does his main rival in Kia Ora Lou and he may be able to press through and eventually find the lead which would see him hard to beat.

KIA ORA LOU (5) was driven conservatively early last start given her record of doing things wrong at the start before pressing onto the lead and winning by a huge margin. She draws wide again this time and will likely be put into the race at some stage.

OUR ULTIMATE PENNY (1) finished eighth two starts ago in a heat of the Ultimate Driver series at Albion Park in a race taken out by Alwaysbjoy who has since won very impressively scoring in 1.50 at Albion Park. She isn’t blessed with great gate speed but should still find a prominent position and can run well.

VICTREE BUSTA (4) ran well two starts ago to do some early work before still running on late into third. He then ran well again last start when finishing third at Marburg despite drawing poorly in that race.

SELECTIONS: REAL MIKI (2), KIA ORA LOU (5), OUR ULTIMATE PENNY (1), VICTREE BUSTA (4)

SUGGESTED BET: REAL MIKI (2) to win.

RACE 5

TWO TICKS (5) ran very well first up behind Dual Cam at this track when getting back and running on in a race the winner rated good time. She may be shuffled back again in this race from the wide draw but off her latest outing she still appears the horse to beat in this race.

VIENNA OPERA (7) worked hard through the run last time out when finishing second to Bronx at this track. She looks to have drawn well behind a gate speed horse and should be close enough in the run. She should be nearing peak fitness fourth up from a spell.

THE TORQUE EFFECT (1) trialled up nicely recently behind Quick Shave at Albion Park. Her last race start she wasn’t beaten far by Ultimate Ark in a race she rated fast enough time for the grade. She has gate speed giving her options early.

BLING THE NOISE (3) showed gate speed before taking the trail on See The Dream and eventually ending up 3 back the pegs. He put in a good run there finishing third sitting up on what may have been one of the fastest lead times ever recorded at the track followed by another very fast 28.8 first quarter.

SELECTIONS: TWO TICKS (5), VIENNA OPERA (7), THE TORQUE EFFECT (1), BLING THE NOISE (3)

SUGGESTED BET: TWO TICKS (5) to win.

RACE 6

SPECIALANDIKNOWIT (7) secured a good run on the pegs and finished off nicely into second behind Favreau at Albion Park last time out. He should get a good run through on the back of My Ultimate Louie and can be running on well at the finish. Should be hard to hold out.

MAJOR LINCOLN (8) ran on strongly two starts ago at Albion Park and was just run down late by Lets Go Bailey who had the perfect run on his back. He appears likely to secure a good run again off the speed in this race and looks hard to hold out.

MY ULTIMATE LOUIE (1) should have the gate speed to lead in this race from the good draw. He led last start and rolled along at Marburg only being run down late by Ghost Train who had the perfect run on his back there.

ROCKNROLL DA GAMA (4) secured a good run recent at this track and ran on nicely into second behind Perfect Feeling. He should secure a good run again and if the race is run to suit he should be running on late again.

SELECTIONS: SPECIALANDIKNOWIT (7), MAJOR LINCOLN (8), MY ULTIMATE LOUIE (1), ROCKNROLL DA GAMA (4)

SUGGESTED BET: SPECIALANDIKNOWIT (7) to win.

RACE 7

MERRY JEWEL (8) impressed last start when sitting without cover at this track and trip and just proving too good for Well Said Nugget. She steps up a touch in grade into this race but draws behind a gate speed horse and if she can press through and find the lead she is likely to be very hard to beat again.

ASHLEE NITRO (1) has bounced back into some of her better form in her two recent outings winning a race which seemingly wasn’t run to suit with a very slow tempo having been set early. She then backed that up running another good race last start. She should secure a good run.

BETTYS GOLD CLASS (2) showed gate speed last start but was left without cover and was well beaten as a result there. She should get an easier lead early this time before potentially sitting on the stablemate Merry Jewel.

COPPERFIELD (7) draws awkwardly inside the back row but is seemingly one of the class runners in the race. With the potential there could be a genuine tempo throughout the race gaps may open up for him to be running into it late.

SELECTIONS: MERRY JEWEL (8), ASHLEE NITRO (1), BETTYS GOLD CLASS (2), COPPERFIELD (7)

SUGGESTED BET: ASHLEE NITRO (1) to place.

Slide8_116.png

RACE 8

IMPERMISSIBLE (3) was able to secure a good run behind the leader last time out at Albion Park and battled on well for third despite the leader finishing last. She has seemingly improved her manners with racing and is settling much better in higher class races with a more genuine tempo. This looks a step back in grade.

DOCTA FEELGOOD (1) has good gate speed and generally does his best work out in front. Despite his form prior to last start looking a touch underwhelming he was able to lead and run second beaten late by Windy Hill Wally who had the perfect run on his back.

MARTY THE MARTIAN (7) was able to secure the run leaders back last time out behind My Ultimate Victor and sprinted nicely to score late despite there only having been a moderate tempo through the race. He should secure a similar run in this race.

GLENLEDI BOY (8) ran on strongly into third in a race taken out by Windy Hill Wally last time out. He has options this time whether he ducks onto the pegs or elects to stay in the running line and can run well either way.

SELECTIONS: IMPERMISSIBLE (3), DOCTA FEELGOOD (1), MARTY THE MARTIAN (7), GLENLEDI BOY (8)

SUGGESTED BET: DOCTA FEELGOOD (1) to win.

Slide9_72.png

RACE 9

GLENEAGLE VEE CEE (1) has poor numerical form his last four starts but is racing in very good form and has had little luck in those starts. He was held up at a crucial stage in a race taken out by Moonshiner last start and likely would’ve figured in the minor placing had he got clear at the right time. He has excellent gate speed and it looks a good opportunity for him to lead and run well in this race.

COMMODORE JUJON (5) sat leaders back in a race taken out by Cool Night in fast time at Albion park Saturday. His latest outing at this track he sat without cover over the 2040 and ran a gallant second behind Rocksngems. He should run well again in this race with a similar type of run.

AQUA SANCTA (7) appeared a touch unlucky last start at Marburg in a stand start taken out by Getagrip searching for runs and working through the line nicely once clear. He is likely to find this race tougher but draws ideally to follow out a gate speed horse and should run well again.

CALLING BUDDY (9) drew poorly last start and was caught wide early before finding himself a long way back and well beaten as a result. He had run his best race in some time two starts ago when finishing second to Moonshiner at Albion Park and a similar effort would see him hard to beat in this race.

SELECTIONS: GLENEAGLE VEE CEE (1), COMMODORE JUJON (5), AQUA SANCTA (7), CALLING BUDDY (9)

SUGGESTED BET: GLENEAGLE VEE CEE (1) to win.

Slide10_21.png

RACE 10

MISTER DELWIN (1) has very good gate speed which gives him options in the early stages of this race. He can get a touch keen at times and may potentially elect to take the trail on the keen going PERFECT FEELING (2). He raced off the pegs last start and was well beaten in a race taken out by Rightyo.

DOOO DON’T THINK (5) took on a stronger race at Albion Park last time out over the 2138 where he secured a good run and wasn’t beaten far in fourth. He is likely to get back and be running on well late in this race.

PERFECT FEELING (2) led last start over the 1780 appearing to over race throughout but really dashed away from them nicely to win by a good margin. He steps up to the 2040 in this race which appears less suitable although he has run well at the trip before.

MALIBU DREAM (3) drew poorly last start and got a long way back in a very slowly run race where she was doing her best work through the line. She draws much better in this race and should be running on well late if the race is run to suit.

SELECTIONS: MISTER DELWIN (1), DOOO DON’T THINK (5), PERFECT FEELING (2), MALIBU DREAM (3)

SUGGESTED BET: DOOO DONT THINK (5) each way.
