Form Analysis: Redcliffe March 5

RACE 1 

IM BUSTED (2) led last start and looked to have the race won turning for home before Ourbeachgirlmaywyn was able to pick up and run past him late. He was able to secure a very good run in front early but was also first up from a spell and is likely to have derived a lot of benefit from the outing. 

VICTREE ATOM (8) ran well first up last start when finishing second after being crossed by Cullect A Star in the early stages of the race. The draw in this race is less favourable starting on the back row but he should get a good run through and will be close enough to figure. 

MIGHTY IDEAL (5) secured a good run last start close enough to the speed and was able to run into third there with the horses filling the quinella both racing on the pegs. He may be shuffled back this time and will need to be good to figure in the finish.

WEE BONNIE (1) ran on well enough last start behind Icanandiwill at this track over the 2040. She will appreciate the better draw and should get an ideal run just behind the speed.

RACE 2 

ILLBEWATCHING (4) put in a very poor run last start when leading and dropping out of it. This race looks much weaker and he does drop back to the 1780 which is potentially a more suitable trip. If he can bounce back to somewhere nearer his best he would be hard to beat.

VERMONT (9) was shuffled back on the pegs last start and ran on nicely into third late in a race taken out by Connies Spirit. She should secure a soft run off the pegs again in a race that should generate a decent early tempo and she can be running on late again.

TRACER BULLET (7) draws awkwardly in this race inside the back row for a horse that generally does his best work up on speed. He was a winner two starts ago when leading all the way and is racing in good form.

CRIME TIME (6) broke through for a well deserved win last start leading all the way to beat Captain Oh Captain having not been far away in his starts prior. He draws poorly this time and will either need to do work or will be shuffled back early.

RACE 3

PRINCESS ARNA (3) led and won in a heat of the Ultimate Driver series last start over beach magic. She finds what appears to be another suitable race where she can get an easy lead in the early stages. She should be hard to run down.

DUAL CAM (9) was forced to sit without cover last start and battled away well for third there. He should get a good run through at the start and looks one of the main chances for the placings having derived benefit from his latest outings back in QLD. 

TOUGH FIGHTER (10) secured the perfect run on the back of Tiger Shirl last start and was able to run second to her there. He is likely to have derived benefit from his two first up outings and should be nearing peak fitness in this race. 

TACTICAL ILLUSION (5) has had three runs back from a spell and should be nearing peak fitness coming into this race fourth up. She took on a strong race last start taken out by Ima Booty Shaker in good time and will find this a lot easier.

SUGGESTED BET: DUAL CAM (9) to place. 

RACE 4 

ROCKSNGEMS (2) has excellent early speed and should be able to launch to the lead in this race. He did lead recent at Albion Park and faded late but it was a strong field and a similar effort would likely see him quite hard to beat in this race. 

COMMODORE JUJON (6) appears the class runner in the race and quite well graded. He was able to finish off nicely through a gap up the inside two starts ago to run second to the in form Resilient at Albion Park. He has versatility in this type of grade. 

BLACKJACK BART (5) loves racing at this track and trip and finds a race which good generate enough early tempo to bring him into it. He was doing his best work late through the line last start and is always better suited over the 2040.

GREAT WHITE (4) is a speedy sit sprinter that has been racing in very good form. He was shuffled back on the pegs last start and shot through late for a close up third. He should secure a good run off the speed again in this race and can be running on late.

RACE 5

FANCY LIKE BARBIE (6) hit the line powerfully late last start in a race taken out by Cool Dude Joey who has since run well. This appears one of the more suitable races she has contested in recent times and she should be hard to beat.

THE BLACK FOX (9) has turned a corner in recent times and appears to be racing a lot better. He was well beaten last start but was taking on a strong field for the restricted win company taken out by Tiger Shirl who has since run second in a metro mares race. 

DIAMOND DEANO (5) led last start and was just run down late by Icanandiwill. He draws wide this time and there is some gate speed underneath him so he will need his best beginning to get to the front again and if he could get there he would give them something to catch.

TAURUS BROMAC (4) was taken back last start in the early stages before running on quite well into fourth. He doesn’t seem to be racing at his best but does look well suited in this company and should be hard to beat.

SUGGESTED BET: THE BLACK FOX (9) to win.

RACE 6 

PLAYFUL MISS (1) is first up in the state for the stable of Jonah Hutchinson and brings solid NSW form into the race. She has good gate speed and should be able to drive through and lead before having options from the good draw. 

WANDARY DELIGHT (10) finished a close up third last start at this track over the 2040 behind Dipped In Silver. She draws slightly worse this time but does appear to find a slightly easier race and should be running on late. 

OUR DOLLY (8) was able to score four starts ago when leading all the way which is a position she generally does her best work in. She draws the back row here and may be forced to do work at some stage in the run.

EXPLANATION NOTED (6) was a dominant winner two starts ago when leading all the way at Albion Park. She then took on a stronger race over the 2138 at Albion park and was tailed off beaten 96 metres.

SUGGESTED BET: WANDARY DELIGHT (10) each way.

RACE 7

TAYLORS FOUR (3) has been racing in good form and ran a strong second two starts ago when flying home late. She loves racing at this track and trip and should be close enough in the run from a good draw. 

BETTYS GOLD CLASS (7) secured an economical run last start 3 back on the pegs in a race won by Miss Syrah. She should get a good run through on the back of Diego Delgado who is generally a horse that looks to hold a forward position in his races. 

PRETTY LITTLE LIAR (6) appears quite well graded in this race and appears find a good opportunity to bounce back into some better form. She got back last start and ran on strongly late into fifth.

BEER MONEY (8) hasn’t raced for over a month having sat leaders back and not gone to his absolute best at Albion Park last time out. He should secure a good run off the speed in this race and can be running on late.

RACE 8

MISS SYRAH (5) dominated last start after securing an ideal run on the back of Bonnies Cam last start. She draws wider this time but lands in a similar type of race and should be running on strongly late again. 

LITTLE HOOFANANNY (8) ran on strongly in a heat of the Ultimate Driver series which was taken out by Martin Magic who has since won again. She should secure a good run off the speed in a race that could generate a good early tempo. 

MY ULTIMATE VICTOR (6) has been racing in great form having won two starts ago over Barrett at this track rating good time for the 2040 before being run down last start by Ideal Desire at Albion Park. He has options from the wide gate and should be thereabouts again. 

OYSTER STRIDE (2) ran well last start when finishing second to Dipped In Silver. He should be able to press forward in this race and if he can lead again he should be thereabouts.

SUGGESTED BET: MISS SYRAH (5) to win.

RACE 9

REAL TIN TIN (9) hit the line well two starts ago when finishing midfield behind Always Dancing. He then took on a strong race at Albion Park which was taken out by Huxton. He should find this race a lot easier and will be running on late. 

MAJORITA JUJON (6) draws poorly in this race outside the front row but does drop in grade into this race. She was well beaten last start in a strong mares race which was taken out by Shes Crunchy. If the speed is on in the early stages she should be running on late. 

ROLLYARRZ (1) has good early speed and should be able to drive through and lead before having options from there. He ran well last start when finishing off nicely into second at this track behind Chamonix who was able to track him into the race. 

HEZA MAYWYN (7) should get a good run through on the back of a gate speed horse who is likely to be keen to hold a forward position in this race. He is usually best served when driven quietly and should be well suited doing no work early and racing on the pegs.
