Innisfail Turf Club meeting abandoned

RQ advises that the Non-TAB race meeting at Innisfail Turf Club tomorrow, Saturday, March 7, has been abandoned.

The abandonment decision has been made following a track inspection and the determination that the track is unsuitable for racing on at present, and irrespective of the weather which prevails over the next 24 hours will not recover in time to be raced on.

RQ will, as a consequence of the race meeting having been lost, now consider potential race programming options in the region for the next week.
