Racing Queensland confirms that the non-TAB race meeting scheduled for Monto on Saturday March 28, has been abandoned.
Due to recent rainfall, there is a section of the track which remains unstable and unsuitable for racing.
RQ are still exploring the option of a replacement meeting at another venue, although this appears unlikely.
RQ will also consider potential race programming options in the South East in the coming weeks.
